Little Green Footprints

I cannot recommend Little Green Footprints more highly! I first purchased nappies for my niece in WA when I was passing the Little Green Footprints store some months ago. I wasn't really sure about what I should purchase and Elissa was amazingly 'simpatica' and helpful.
My niece was so impressed with the nappies I sent that I ordered more online. However, I realised later that I had ordered the wrong inserts so I contacted Elissa to see if I could change the order and was deeply impressed with how easy she made the necessary substitutions.
Not only was she friendly and helpful but, in discussing my needs wither, I realised that she actually understood what was required better than I did. So I gave her 'carte blanche' and, once she had made her selection, she texted photos of the items which she gift-wrapped and sent with a card using greetings I had texted.
What a wonderful and easy experience. However, I do recommend visiting the store as the products are beautiful to behold and Elissa is a complete delight.

Elissa educated me on cloth nappies and how!.. never did I go back to Internet for information on cloth nappies or putting diapers on my baby. My little one never got a single rash. I wish I could buy her whole shop coz it has the most amazing things that any one would want for their babies.. She has curated the stuff she sells and you can see the belief she has in her products by the sheer attention and time she takes to explain the products you are interested in buying. I don’t know how she remembers all her customers but she does..Love your little green footprints Elissa. Love the enthu and the love the intent to make a difference. Hope you take LGF to soaring heights.

Elissa is awesome! I want to cloth nappy but didn't understand it all. I took my husband with me as well and Elissa explained everything we needed to know. She explained the nappies in terms my husband understood too which was a massive help ("this one is bullet proof" ... my husband then insisted we buy 5 of them :-)). Also had a great range of clothes and knick knacks. Will definitely be ordering more as time goes on from here. Also great just for a browse... kicks ass on baby bunting (they just don't sell big furniture items, however everything else you need you can get from here).

Excellent service all around. Elissa (owner/manager) is very helpful and friendly to deal with. Outstanding range of products and are great value for money. Highly recommend

Just left the store and it is amazing. Firstly the service was friendly and helpful. Other regulars walked in while I was there, and they were all greeted by name (Excellent)..
Had everything you need but loved the reusable nappies 'So easy" Definitely will be regular visitor

This was the only store where I found goumi mittens (these are mittens with velco).

Has a few products that are hard to find elsewhere.

Poor service ! I’m literally a few suburbs away from them and 12 days later my parcel still hasn’t been shipped and for $15 postage I should have received it express from Australia post. I receive parcels within 4 days from Europe so taking over 12 days is just ridiculous. I wish I could cancel my order. First time and last time customer here.
