This is a wonderful perfume boutique! Firstly, Kevin the lovely salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable and aims to provide an experience rather than just sell you a perfume. He spent an hour with me so I can decide which perfume I would prefer. Secondly, the general ambiance of the store is nothing that I have ever seen. Even the perfume stores in Dubai, not only do not have such a fantastic range but also, such an amazing store. I will be coming here every time I need a new fragrance.

Went in looking for a perfume for my fiancé for our wedding day and Kev was fantastic! He provided such a warm and friendly atmosphere and his knowledge and professionalism was first class. He took us through his entire range and helped us find the perfect scent for our perfect day! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kevin was a true gentleman. I’m new to niche fragrances but he was patient and took the time to show me the different fragrances around the beautiful store. A story of each product was shared showcasing his knowledge and attention to detail. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was no pressure to purchase. Amazing service and am blown away at the beautiful scents that stand out from anything you’ve smelt before. Left as a very happy customer with my first bottle (and definitely not last). Niche fragrances from here onwards!

The best store in Melbourne

Love visiting Oligarch, a luxurious high end perfumery. Kevin is such a great asset and makes for a very comfortable experience. He is happy to leave you to browse and smell perfumes at your leisure and is always on hand to give you recommendations and advice if you need.

There are no high pressure sales tactics unlike other places I have experienced and visiting this beautiful boutique is like visiting an old friend with Kevin always up for a chat.

Of course I did not leave empty handed and have made two purchases so far, slowing building my niche perfume collection. So pleased with my new fragrances as they smell divine and are unique! Looking forward to my next visit! :)

You can’t get a better service or energy than dealing with Kevin at Oligarch Perfume. I walked in to his genuine, smiling welcome, and with just a few questions he had come back with a list and personal guided sample service without ever asking if I was just looking or planning to buy. The service was genuine and truely to ensure I had a great visit which I did ! At one point , there was 4 different groups in the store and Kevin made sure everyone was looked after and enjoying themselves. I left buying something I had never heard of or researched (unlike me when it comes to fragrances !!) but it’s because Kevin listened the whole time and was able to pair something with me perfectly. I’m so so happy I made my way here after following their Insta page for a while .. it’s so so worth it and I will only buy from here from now on.

I think it’s worth noting, if you are following the Insta account and spend time on the website you may feel as I did, that it looks quite overwhelming- lots of brands and smells that you’d never experienced (Oligarch carry National-exclusivity on many rare brands usually only available overseas ). Please know that when you get there , Kevin 100% helps and guides you and works with you to understand everything you need to navigate your way around the store. You’ll love it for sure , just go on in !

Bought a Zaharoff fragrance online from Oligarch. An impossible brand to find in Australia, especially at a non over inflated price. Delivery was super quick and the fragrance was amazing (thanks to George more than Oligarch :)

I could not have asked for a better experience! I went in only knowing I wanted an everyday scent for Spring and Summer, and Kevin was happy to spend as much time as needed to help me find the perfect one. My fiancé and I will definitely be heading back in to find our wedding scents. There is no shortage of perfumes to browse, so do yourself a favour and skip the department stores and the pushy sales people and make the trip to Oligarch.

Oligarch is a very fine establishment. Kevin has an excellent selection of perfumes, many of which simply cannot be acquired elsewhere in Australia, and is knowledgable, helpful, and happy to allow customers to get a good whiff of the scents in order to make decisions. The prices are also remarkably good. If you're a perfumista, or just niche-curious, this is a place to check out.

Every perfume lover needs to visit Oligarch! The experience I had every time I visited the store was outstanding. Their selection on niche luxury brands is unique and some brands are exclusive to Oligarch and cannot be found in other stores in Australia. I am especially satisfied with Kevin's service and approach to clients. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Oligarch is perfume paradise!

Absolutely amazing service. Oligarchy has the most divine range of perfumes and is a gorgeous store for fragrance lovers. I wanted to add some sweet feminine fragrances to my very woody/freshie collection. Kevin is very helpful in steering you towards new scents. I have bought fragrances in person and also ordered online...and the online fragrance was delivered that day! Do check out the new selection from Les Princes Du Golfe and Gritti for some sweeter scents and Mula Mula is also the bomb!
