I'd come to Mike Pawleys in Dee Why just to interact with the staff.
They are so polite, friendly and helpful. Verica and Callum do this business great justice. I will always come back for my running shoes.

Excellent shop, located on Main Rd and parking in front and at rear. The lady in charge Sheila is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about shoes and fitting. Her service is a credit to her employer. Highly recommend. D

Can’t recommend enough. After spending hours trying to shop on line for track shoes as no availability in the sizes I needed, I emailed Mike Pawleys and the very helpful Sheila called me straight away, asked what I was after and text me what availability they had across their stores in the sizes I needed for the children. I could then let the kids choose which ones they wanted and Sheila got them sent over from another store and held them for me until I could get to shop at the weekend. Was in and out in less than 5 mins on a Saturday with both kids knowing what they had chosen, knowing the sizes were available and in stock. A parents dream. Thanks so much Sheila, your customer service was outstanding

My wife broke bones in both feet recently. A physiotherapist recommended a size larger shoe for the more damaged foot to facilitate getting back to walking. We went to Mike Pawleys Manly Vale store. My wife stayed in the car, at that stage unable to walk, and I went into the store to get help. We were served by Liv and what a surprise packet was she. She spoke professionally and sympathetically to my wife and then proceeded to bring out suitable sport shoes for her to try on. After spending a good deal of time and seeing my wife’s apprehension with those she had tried she suggested we try a pair of Brooks shoes. These were more costly than we had planned to spend but the fit, support and comfort sold us. Her attention to my wife was exemplary and showed such wonderful customer focus and empathy.
So grateful to have received this attention.

I have been dealing with Mike Pawley all the way back to his shop in Redman Rd Dee Why in the early 80s, fantastic shop with alot of great people working for him past and present. Lastly Mike Pawley is a local icon and his store are manned by people that know their product, why would you go anywhere else.

We had to buy size 13 men’s football boots urgently and there was nothing in the big stores in the mall (football season being over I suppose). So we ended up at this small local store and the service was excellent and the price right.

The young male assistant found me the perfect shoe for my foot issues but when I later called to order another shoe the female assistant did not return my call.

Why does anyone go to the mall for shoes? Excellent service every time, parked right outside and plenty of choice. Thank you
