Woolworths Banksia Grove

Thanks to Erin up at Banksia Grove for sorting out my 10% discount code. It wouldn’t work at the checkout and she subsequently had to return all my items and rescan $200 plus worth. Your time to sort this out was much appreciated 🤩

My wife and I went in to the store this afternoon ( I’m on crutches) and would just like to say a massive thank you to Logan young girl on checkout 3 who opened up for us and helped my wife unpack our trolley and she was polite caring she even offered and asked if we needed help to take one of the trolleys to the car. Logan thank you so much for your help, kindness. Hope this actually reaches a manager and they read it.

I went into the store today after having to pick up my 1.5year old unexpectedly from daycare as he was unwell, as was I. It was a stressful morning & when I went into the store I had no stroller and my son won’t sit in the trolley. He kept running away & pulling things off the shelf & it was safe to say that I was a bit stressed at this point. I had to carry him in one arm with a heavy basket in the other.
All of the ladies at the till were so wonderful in interacting with my son and when I got to the check out, Jordyn left the self check out station & called me over to a till, gave my son stickers which made him so happy and all of the other women were so positive & lovely.
When I was walking away with my heavy bag & toddler in arms.. my bag ripped and fell on the floor. The women around the tills all came to help & Jordyn offered to bring my bags to the car for me.

pretty woolworths, cozzie livs aside this blonde mick helpe me find hoisin sauce store even though blonde mick was busy doing store work... self serve checkout very rude and glitchy :( will come back because self serve checkout attendant was understanding. respect... much better than WANNEROO!!! much respect

Woolworths Banksia Gove is good market. It's close to my house. Fruits and vegetables from the woolworths always fresh. The cashier are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely atmosphere and workers are so nice

The staff at this store are the kindest people. I do my weekly shop online, and never have any issues.
I left a request asking for my online shopper to select a small capsicum, because it was “for my budgie”. When I collected my shopping, I received a note with a gift for my bird.

I'm not that fast at the self service check outs, due to a Stroke I had years back.
A nice service lady called Penata today put everything through for me 'as it was a quiet period', I've never experienced that in any other store, I didn't need help but I was greatful 😉

This is a smaller Woolworths compared to say, the new one in the old Bunnings building at Clarkson, but it has most of the usually items you can buy at any of their stores, just not in the same quantity. Liquor store is outside of the supermarket, with a good supply of bws, parking is out the front, with several shops including coffee, over your outside the supermarket, good clean toiletries for men women and handicap are available through a larger way, between the liquor and supermarket inside the shop. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times.

For all your daily grocery needs. Has a BWS next to it.

A focal point.
Woolworths is Woolworths but management of this particular one make sure that the experience of each patron is a tad better every visit. Little frequent deals. Smiling staff. Clean environment.
These little things May not bring people from 5-6 suburbs down to do their daily shopping but as it accumulates, it leads it's community to say, "That is my Woolworths!"

I like shopping at Woolworths Banksia Grove very much. They are very well stocked with everything you need at an affordable price. Shop assistants are very helpful and nice.

Woolworths Banksia Grove, is a wonderful store it’s part of a large conglomerate, however it feels like a small local supermarket, the stock range is out standing, prices always good and always lots of specials, we love the reward card app, savings for Christmas and opportunities to boost your points every time you shop!

The staff are without doubt happy in their work and it shows, very friendly and helpful!

Wow wow wow wow wow.
So the Woolworths bakery here is amazing, I came in the other day, ussually a coles shopper but my Dad had asked for some fancy milk he knew Woolies had.

I stopped by the bakery to grab something to have for lunch and I came across the tried and true pizza roll. Although I was hesitant as the pizza rolls I had, had of late were dry and not very good. So I grabbed a backup Calzone.

I had never enjoyed a Calzone before that day.
If you have never had a Calzone, do yourself a favour go and get one now! Also the pizza roll was soft and delicous.

So in short I became a Woolies shopper because of this Woolies, in particular this Woolies bakery and even more specifically the Calzones they make.

Nice big Woolies this one (sure beats my small local one). As I walked in and wandered through the fruit and veg section I was very impressed then to come across the array of different meats, such a huge variety. The bakery section is hard to walk past as there also is a good variety. I personally found the staff helpful on the two occasions I've been there ( I'm not from that area). Thoroughly recommend!
