I rang & spoke to a very lovely & extremely helpful lady Kiara back in February 2023, she helped me find if they had a style of pants in my size & agreed to hold them for me until I came in the next day. Kiara was amazing & nothing was too much trouble for her. I visited the store the next day with my mum & was kindly assisted by Nicole & she too was fantastic & extremely helpful to mum & I. Many thanks lovely ladies for your professional, kind & excellent customer service toward mum & I. Nicole kindly advised us that there will be a sale coming up the following week which we greatly appreciated.

A huge thank you to the staff at Black Pepper Dandenong. Today we bought a group of residents from a Nursing Home and the store staff were absolutely wonderful looking after them and bringing goods as they wanted them. Thanks ladies, much appreciated
