Great variety, great prices. Got some items for 1/4 of the price I would pay at other stores. They have nick knacks and useful household items as well.

My favourite discount store...I always walk out with some great bargains like top brand cosmetics, toiletries and 50 face masks for $5 (same quality as masks I wear in the hospital I work at) why would I shop anywhere else ?!👍

Sometimes good items for use

Really good pricing but the music is way too loud and customer service it lacking. The person serving me didn't even say hello. Not a single word.

Cheap second class clothing and other products

Have very bad and ugly Manager of the Bodero shop at Dandenong Plaza. I often used to go and buy items from there but since 5 to 6 months I've stopped going there as I was scamed and mistreated by the manager and onenof its employees. Once I purchased some plates from there, I asked the manager who was a tall, fat lady, if I can returned them back incase I changed my mind, she clearly said yes. When I returned them back as the plates looked second hand, she denied that she has not said the plates can be refunded or exchanged, I just freezed as I didn't know she was a big lier and she started verbaly fighting and told me Asian people are not wellcomed. And there was a nother lady, quite short with blond hair, she was actually no less than her manager in her bad attitude. I was returning an accessory bag on the same day, she actualy refunded only $50% and stole my $50%, When I asked you gave less and wouldn't give me the receipt, she said thats what the original price was and lied that she has given the receipt but actually she had kept to steal $ 50%. When got serious about the receipt, others intervened, she gave the receipt and she got embarassed and returned the remaining $ too. That the worst experience I ever had in any shop. I never recomond going into that shop. Un ugly manager and and ugly employee with short height and blond hair.
