New location for the big and browsable Bro of St Laurence op shop in Brunswick, into the old Mirabella Lights/Travel building on Lygon St. Friendly greeting and easy to browse racks with a room of more designerish clothes and cheap racks of clean undamaged clothes. Found a great book as well. Dress your kid for very cheap. Fun visit in a few light-filled rooms. Jewellery is still well above the usual standard and many choices at this store.

Staff are friendly, it's an op-shop dedicated to helping those who can't afford more expensive stuff. Open to taking in good stuff, reasonable prices. HUGE space, for clothes, furniture, bedding, books, all household things. They were really welcoming and chatty and open.

Shopped here again recently and had an amazing experience. Great music playing whilst I shopped, huge variety of items, good prices and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best op shops in Melbourne. I live on the other side of the city and it's always worth the visit!

A fantastic op shop with a massive range of clothes, books, furniture, kitchenware, antiques, beds and more.

The staff are friendly and are happy to help you out. Whether its looking for something or helping you carry a larger item.

Expert tip: There are toilets at the front of the shop that few know about. The door is covered with posters so it looks like a wall. But take a closer look and you'll find toilets! Now you can double your op shopping time without having to leave in search of toilets.

The kitchenware is sorted by colour which is pretty helpful. Sometimes this section can be chaotic in other op shops. This grouping makes your search more bearable.

Feeling tired from shopping? Head out the back of the shop and turn left for a great cafe, Lucy Locket, that makes awesome coffee. Or, theres Gelobar, Woodstock Pizza, New York Minute Burgers and lots more out on Lygon St.

Really good range here for an Op Shop, by far the largest Op Shop I’ve been to and will be back if I need anything second hand.

There is a great selection of clothes at this OP shop. You'll find many decent brands. Most clothes are priced cheaply ($6-10). There is a special finds section at the front of the store which is a bit more expensive but I've found designer dresses being sold for $30 when they retail new for $600+. Very reasonable.

Wow!! One of the best, if not the best second hand stores I’ve ever come across! This place has fashionable and basically brand new stuff. I love coming here for bags and purses, shoes, clothes, little useful knick knacks and furniture. And lots of new things coming in constantly. When I moved out as a poor uni student, this place was my saviour.

You can get lost in here for hours and come out with some incredible knick knacks, clothes and books - all at great prices. I bought a sofa from here too, and the customer service was great, both in-store and the guy that delivered it. I've seen art deco wardrobes/cupboards on occasion, for a fraction of what you'd pay in an antique store. Love this place!

I found the atmosphere great & staff friendly & eager to accommodate. This isn't a common garden variety "op shop", it's an "op megastore" selling furniture, clothing, beds & mattresses & too much more to mention. Has a fast turnover, fresh stock coming in often. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a great op shop for all items. I walked out with a speaker for $10 and a mint condition Bob Marley Legend CD. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and volunteers, easy to get to by public transport, there's parking, but for the rest of the month and next month ROAD works along Lygon st which will be a pain, otherwise big store with stuff from accessories, to Manchester to furniture.

Great place. It's fair to say they have all manner of everything, friendly and helpful staff and a high turnover of stock so you can find something new every time you go back.

I love BSL stores. I used to shop at BSL moonee ponds. Have since moved and discovered BSL Brunswick store am thrilled. It's just as good as the one in moonee ponds. Of course the prices are fantastic and the staff as always very friendly. The BSL Brunswick will be my local favorite store to shop.
