I’ve read some of the one-star reviews for this business - I originally signed up a couple of years ago and then cancelled; had no trouble with any further debits after that date.
I too was looking at signing up to be ‘notified’ when a certain wine came back into stock, but opted not to do so because when I read the full details it was going to automatically charge and send me a box of wine once it became available.

I LOVE this company! I’ve been a member for over 2 years now. Every bottle I’ve received has been delicious, although its nice to feel safe knowing I can get a refund for anything I don’t like that they’ve recommended. The value is unbelievable, top notch wines and ultra fast shipping. I’ve never waited more than 2 days for delivery and I’m interstate from them. Customer service is second to none and I’m often receiving bonuses like free bottles added to my order. It’s also nice to help some of the wine makers who were affected by floods by accepting fund raising boxes of mixed wines at extra discounted rates. If you love wine, want the best prices and most efficient shopping experience, I highly recommend Naked Wines.

I joined Naked Wines a few years ago after chatting to some friends. I like the fact that we can help independent wine growers and not just line the pockets of the big liquor merchants. Most of the wines are really good and it’s nice to get feedback from the wine growers. A good selection of wine and pricing. Customer service is very good too. The only negative comment is that they have recently started charging for delivery, this fact stopped some friends joining up. 😏.

Naked Wines is a good way to keep the wine cupboard stocked with good quality wines at a great price. The app is very easy to use and I love being able to nominate a "set and forget" monthly amount for my wine bank account. Not to mention supporting some of the smaller boutique vineyards in achieving their dreams, everybody wins :)

Love the selection of wines. Love the story. High quality independent winemakers that I feel great about supporting. Prices are good. Delivery is efficient. Have made several orders over 12months+ now. Highly recommend.

We've recently moved to SEQ from overseas and wanted to continue with tradition of wine-clubs we had when we were overseas. After few good search, we decided to try out Naked Wines because introductory tryout was good value so we just gave it a try.

We've since had 3 shipments of dozen wines ordered and we've been very happy with the content. Granted, you aren't getting the top of the range brand-name wine but what you get is wine made by aspiring wine-makers. We're typically drinker of AUD$25-35/bottle sort of wine from Dan Murphy's and all the wine we got so far, even they are not famous winemakers, do not seem to be any worse than mainstream guys.

We were initially on a "tryout" mode to save the hassle of shopping but we'll continue as happy customer.

one warning - which isn't clarified initially is that you will be charged monthly $40 fee as "angle contribution". So you're paying monthly fee so they can support these young winemaker, and this fee is kept as credit in your account for ordering the package. they could probably clarify this initially because we were worried our card was fraudulently charged when this first happened. It did annoy us at first, but quality of shipment kept us trying out.

Love everything about Naked Wines! Haven't gone wrong with any of the wines I have received, and the ability to feel like part of the Naked Wines community and get direct communications from the winemakers is fabulous. Highly recommend.

All wines I have purchased have been top quality. Unfortunately I have reached the stage in life when I have far more wine that I could possibly drink, even with the assistance of family, friends and neighbours and as a result, I would like to close my account. Thank you for the excellent service and wine reviews. At 85, I cant possibly continue

I discovered Naked wines 5 years ago, and joined. What I love:
Ive never had a 'bad' wine.
There's always a great choice to be had. The quality of the wine is excellent especially for a brilliant price. I have regular personal contact with my favourite wine makers. There is often an extra bottle in my box that introduces me to new makers or varietals. They believe in supporting the industry, so we helped those hurt by the chinese boycott and the recent floods.
Logicly, they can sell out of my favourites, so I have to get in early or use their pre-order facility if I dont want to miss out. The good news is they're set up to allow that.

Since joining Naked in june of 2020 I have enjoyed over 260 different wines from some 55 different Wine Makers.
Some varieties I had never heard of and others I had not had in more than 30 years.
Rieslings, Rosé and blends I had never heard of.
And made by some of the real wizards of well known houses like Henschke, Penfolds and Bests.

In all that time only 2 wines that really did not do it for me and I received a credit for those back to my account.

Can't beet the satisfaction Guarantee.

Typically only a few days from order till receipt of the wine and only one or two hick-ups with wrong wine sent or missing in over 50 deliveries. Not bad going I say. And a quick call to the customer care team and all resolved with prompt action to my complete satisfaction.
The $50.00 a month I put up is easily spent most months plus more and some months I let it build to $100 before splurging.

For me. NW is a WIn Win Win and supports talented Aussie and Kiwi Wine Makers and we get great wine at very competitive prices and the grower and wine maker get more of the share.
I highly recommend you try it - Nothing to lose and you can cancel any time you find it no longer suits.

We - my wife and I - regularly purchase from Naked Wines Australia. Why? Convenience and choice. Naked's system of a regular affordable monthly credit to our account is very appealing. It means that once the account builds up it can be be used to partially or fully fund a purchase of a minimum of 12 bottles of our choice and also receive, at least, one additional free bottle. Delivery has always been speedie with tracking available. I like reds. My wife likes whites. Naked has huge scope to satisfy all palates.

Really enjoying my Naked wines and being able to try different styles and varieties of nicely priced wines from a wonderful selection of dedicated wine makers. I have never had a bad drop yet and all delivered to my door.

It's not often that internet business models deliver on your expectations. Naked Wines is one of those. Quality wines - many sourced from independent winemakers - fair prices, fast delivery, customer feedback reviews and real customer service. Tick, tick, tick!

All wines we buy are absolutely wonderful and very well priced. The organisation is consistent in their treatment of customers and the original idea is very clever and makes me feel part of something. Great work!
