The staff here are fantastic. I received the wrong items in an online order and after trying to get a hold of someone using the contact information provided on the website, I ended up going in store to see if they could help. Both staff members went above and beyond to do what they could to figure out what to do about returning the wrong item and getting what I actually ordered sent out.
Went back in today to grab my smokes for the week and one of the staff members who assisted the other day asked if the whole thing had been sorted. After giving them an update, she reassured me that if I had any further problems to come back in or call the store and they would do what they could to help.
Even outside of this problem, all the staff at the East Warrnambool store are awesome, they are friendly, incredibly helpful, really knowledgeable about their products and the customer service is on point. Can't recommend them highly enough

Huge range of gifts all well priced. Friendly, attentive staff. Well laid out for a small shop. I will keep going back.

It’s great you do the right thing and sell non nic vapes but you should at least advise your customers of this instead of them spending $70 on two useless vapes that you refuse to exchange even when unopened!
