Very reasonably priced for a Garmin watch that I have been wanting. I had a few payment issues (my fault…) but I used the chat function on the website to get it resolved quickly (thank you Aljon! I really appreciate your patience and help!)
The watch then arrived in 3 days. Really really happy.

Was really worried due to negative reviews about long wait times and stock not available but didn’t need to worry. Arrived super quick , within 3 days 1 week out from Xmas was pretty good. Great price and exactly what I ordered. Will buy there again

Had a quality issue with a recent backpack we purchased (not OnSports fault) and Harvey in customer service could not have been more helpful. The backpack was within its warranty period, we were able to return it without cost to us and as soon as it was received a new backpack was dispatched and received within 2 days. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Thanks Harvey

This company gave great customer service when we received a faulty soccer ball, they replaced it quickly for us and gave great communication throughout the process, it was refreshing to see such great care through email communication and such great customer service. Thank you ☺

Very quick shipping and delivery, ordered a pair of vivobarefoot boots on friday and delivered on wednesday. Good prices and wide range of equipment. Also, despite the fact that the customer service is only reachable via email, it was very helpful!

I ordered a pair of of New Balance running shoes at a discounted price during the Valentine's Day sale. I ordered the shoes on a Sunday night and immediately received a purchase confirmation email. I received a tracking number by Monday afternoon on standard free delivery from NSW and not express post. I received the shoes (QLD) on Wednesday shoes were exactly as described. The whole experience outstanding and exceeded expectations. For sure I'll be buying from these guys again.
