Customer service here is excellent! Employees were super friendly and helpful with locating and getting down items. The store is also just nice to look at. Aesthetically pleasing and well organised.

A lot of anime goods, got great stuff. Will definitely come back again.

Really Amazing customer service, the store is really well set up and Angelina (I hope I have the right name) was very informative and assisted with me set up a membership while other minitopia haven't even mentioned the VIP cards and membership.

Bags! Bags! Bags! This minitopia has the best selection of real loungefly bags, and they aren't overpriced either. I love this place!!!

Amazing

Beautiful store, with useful organisation; however the staff seems highly unprofessional. Entered the store to two staff members filming another in a leisurely fashion (not for advertisment reasons, etc), with both in the way of browsing customers. Seemed to ignore their duties on the till as a customer had to ask multiple times for service.
Very disappointing.
