The young shop assistant was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel old (which I would be considered to be at 60). She made useful suggestions and made my shopping experience such a happy occasion that I purchased 2 dresses!

My first experience at this store was such an awful experience I left the store almost in tears as the woman who served me was so rude.

I would definitely go back again after having such a lovely girl serve me.

They have an excellent range of dresses and the customer service is brilliant. Both my sister and I have purchased formal dresses from After Dark and the quality of their dresses and services has remained the same even with the years between our visits. The employees are very helpful without being overbearing and were able to bring me more dresses that they thought I would like. After Dark has an excellent range of dresses in many diffrent styles. The seamstress that works at after dark was able to take in my sisters dress and change some of the details immaculately. I visited many stores when formal dress shopping and I always felt very judged by the employees especially due to a skin condition I have but at after dark I felt very welcomed. Overall After Dark is a very professional and helpful store and I 100% recommend them when dress shopping.

Today I went into buy a formal dress and received the most amazing and helpful customer service from a beautiful lady (short blonde hair, wish we knew her name) she is a huge credit to the store and we will definitely be returning for future dress purchases because of her.

My experience at After Dark was fabulous on all occasions. I came in looking for a mother of the bride dress. The staff were really considerate and helpful. They gave us lots of great advice but also gave us time to explore their range. They were very patient while we made decisions and considerate of our needs. The service was fabulous overall. They also have a good range of dresses and sizes. Some dresses can be made up to a size 30- which is great 👍

What an experience After Dark was, I did not know exactly what I was looking for being Mother of the groom, but the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable as they collected a range of gowns for me to try. I felt lovely in the gown we chose, Thankyou

Amazing service. Friendly, helpful and most importantly, patient. Purchasing a formal dress where she didn’t have a preference for what she did want, but has a lot of don’t wants. Tried on almost every dress in the store lol. Found a stunning dress that really suits her personality and style and a matching clutch all for less than expected. Amazing service, so understanding and helpful. My bridesmaids found their beautiful dresses here and the entire process was lovely. Our consultant helped choose dresses that suited their bodies and made sure they were comfortable. I, unfortunately, had a bridesmaid pull out and our consultant was so understanding and helpful with trying to manage the process, I greatly appreciate the extra steps she took to help me remain calm and not stress out so much. We went in quite nervous half expecting a Pretty Woman Rodeo Drive experience, thinking we were not dressed right or not quite the right clientele. I couldn't have been more wrong. We were treated as though we were the most important people they had dealt with. The 2 ladies were so so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The range of dresses was amazing, even in this climate where getting stock is hard. They were so knowledgeable about their product they brought a whole range of dresses into the dressing room that they thought my daughter might like and put her so at ease. We went away to look at other dresses at other places and before the day was over raced back to get my daughter the dress of her dreams. Love this place and their staff, we will definitely be back. We went there for my daughters formal dress, the staff went out of there way to make us feel important and helped us out with selections. I was very pleased that they were honest in their assessment of what clothes went well and what didn't. Daughter finally picked a very nice red dress.My shy daughter left After Dark the happiest I have seen her for awhile. Thank you 10/10 staff for your assistance and treating us as a valued customer. I had an amazing experience here at After Dark even though i wasnt able to find my dress. I felt welcomed into the store by the lovely, friendly staff that went above and beyond to try and find a dress that was right for my event and my size. I would definitely shop there again, and hopefully find a dress!

I recently bought my 3 bridesmaids dresses from after dark and i can not begin to say how amazing my experience was! The ladies who work there have the patience of saint's and are so friendly, helpful and lovley!!! The dresses arrived and they are absolutely beautiful!
