The team at Sportitude Fullarton are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Having just received my orthotics, I was really particular about which shoe suited. Initially, my shoes were a little too roomy and I was unsure whether almost a month later I could exchange. But came in and could exchange them no problems with again, such considerate service. I really commend the guys working there, the attention to detail and care hasn’t gone amiss.

Have shopped many times in store and online and Sportitude continues to be the best shop for running shoes. The RunDNA system provides an amazing insight into gait. This combined with friendly knowledgeable staff is a winning combination.

Professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. They took the time to run my wife through four possible shoes that could meet her goals in a daily trainer and were very unbiased in their recommendations, letting her take her time testing all four pairs. Giving her an opportunity to make her final decision by testing the fit on the in store treadmill was great. Highly recommend these guys when you need your next pair of runners!

Went in looking for a new shoe for training rotation. Had an idea of what I wanted. Lara listened to what I was looking for, brought me a wide range of shoes and had me try them on on the treadmill and explained what each one provided me. Excellent store - great customer service and took the trouble to get me a credit for my $250 sprint spikes that fell apart even though they were out of warranty (apparently Nike doesn't make it easy, but they followed up with them and made it happen). Always responsive to customers. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes on line and the size I ordered wasn’t fitting. I asked for a change and Sportitude organized a super simple way through the Post for me to return it.
The second pair I got also wasn’t the right fit and I reached out again to ask for a further change. Not only the staff was super friendly, helpful and understanding, but the second time they also waived the returning fee which it was unexpected, but of course very well received.
Well done to the entire team, I know for sure where to buy my next pair of shoes.

I have recently placed 2 orders with Sportitude because I love their products an extensive range of sizes and colours. My first order got sent out with a slight error in the address and the courier sent back to sender without trying to contact myself or Sportitude but the lovely staff at Sportitude went above and beyond to ensure I got my second parcel and to post out my first parcel express post before it even arrived back in their store. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and I love the shoes I did receive. Verry Happy :)

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I bought online (the manufacturer’s fault) and Kyle at Sportitude was assigned to help me. The whole process was fast and efficient and Kyle went above and beyond to help me out. I’ve never had customer service that good so would highly recommend Sportitude and Kyle for helping me out 👍

The team at Sportitude are the absolute BEST! I've been buying my running shoes from them for a while now and they always take the time to make sure I don't just get the right fit, but also the right type for the kind of running I do. They really take the time to actually help you!

Also just bought a tennis racquet and the guys were so helpful with helping me select a racquet that best suits me :)

Ordered shoes online but unfortunately they were out of stock. I was blown away by how quickly they resolved the issue. Rhy’s communication was fast and helpful and I had a new pair of shoes selected and delivered straight away. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Purchased 2pair asics extra wide but didn't fit which was strange as I already had a couple of these. I contacted the store and Rhys was very helpful in finding replacements which fit perfectly. Being interstate I had my concerns but Rhys was very helpful.

Great website, especially the YouTube videos dedicated to reviewing the products - it made a lot of difference on my purchase decision. Service: happy days! Super fast, always proactive in providing status of the parcel. I am old school, I like going to shops in person, but made my online shopping really positive.
