Coffee tastes burnt/off but staff were nice

Would give 0 stars if I could. Double charged me and wouldnt help rectify the situation, and told me to just talk to my bank about it—didnt offer or give me receipts for either purchase, too. Very blunt/rude staff.

Today I bought 6 sandwiches 3 lots of juice and a two litre of Choc Milk for a family get together unfortunately the juice was sour and lumpy the choc milk was off and the sandwiches not fresh, this is not the first time I have experienced this at an OTRs as they seem to leave the food and drink in the fridge’s until it’s sells no matter what the expiry dates are .
Also there was only one staff member there with more than a dozen customers waiting .
All round very poor and to be honest shouldn’t be allowed this day and age so won’t be going back to an OTR again and sadly it ruined our lunch.

Bought a iced latte . Never had this disgusting coffee . Such a burnt taste. Had to throw all my coffee.

Friendly service but eftpos machines always crashing and two google cards not processed properly with staff forgetting receipts to me.. its convenient in location but ill skip this place in the future
