Absolutely brilliant! I bought 2 x 2.8 x 3.8 rugs and they are sensational, transformed my living area. The staff are excellent and interested, knowledgeable and freindly. I got them from Sydney well earlier than I expected, inside of a week, and the delivery man was also very efficient and professional.
I'm very fussy and I am very happy.

The sales ladies were super helpful without any pressure. Offered suggestions and allowed us to take home a couple of rugs to try them out. No deposit, just a driver's license and phone number. The gals seemed to be having a lot of fun in their jobs. Lots of rug choices, nicely and easily displayed, plenty of sizes. Prices were more than fair. Would definitely return or recommend to others.

I was always nicely greeted and served by the girls there. The service is impeccable with the sales lady guiding through and helping with choosing the perfect rug. The wide variety of rugs leaves you mesmerized and you will never leave without getting the right one for your house! Amazing service, incredible sales ladies! A big thumbs up! After looking at number of places ended up here. Extremely helpful staff with good knowledge with assisting to find the perfect carpet. Large choice with varying quality and designs. We were allowed to take two carpets to check which one matches. Highly recommend.

Have purchased a couple of rugs here, very helpful, great selection and owners know a lot about choosing colours to go with house colours. Were even able to offer complimentary delivery!
I thought they were closing down as had a sign out the front, but then I realised I read it wrong, it says "we will beat any CLOSING DOWN sale". Very clever, and a good idea.
