Coles Victoria Park

I had the best experience at Coles East Vic Park today because I was served by the lovely Adrian! He was so patient and kind when I told him I couldn’t find something I was looking for. He went out of his way to find it for me even though he was very busy. He went over and beyond to help me and definitely deserves a raise!!! Definitely pleased with my service. Thanks again😊

The coles store was clean and spacious. The fruit and vegetables looked nice and fresh. Well stocked shop. Didn't have to wait long for a checkout.

Whoever that young man was in the self-service queue this morning deserves some positive price for his service. He was so polite and helpful. Made a difference to my morning. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Coles recently, so much so that I feel the need to write about it.
I came in with a very long and tedious shopping list, and, feeling very overwhelmed by the large crowds and my children running around my feet, I went to ask a young worker for help. I believe his name was Sultin and he assisted me by showing me where a majority of my items were, all in a very pleasant and efficient manner.
Not only this but when checking out I was served by a lovely young lady named Yana, she was very kind to my children and made lovely conversation with me while I purchased my items. It was clear to me that she really loves her job, her smile never left her face.
If this is the team that will always be at Coles Vic Park, it will absolutely become my new regular store! BYE ALDI 😝

One of my most favourite shops

Always busy here.. better not to come on weekends. I came here on Sunday afternoon, there was even no eggs in fridge.

It's good, its clean and the weekly specials are usually available for purchase. The only thing not is the baby milk powder.......

Amplo and easy to find everything. Good fresh products and nice deals

It's a Coles, so you get the same deals as the other stores.
This one is a nice, smaller one located in the heart of Vic Park shopping centre, and shopping district in general. The customer service manager is a great guy, and very helpful.
There's more of the self checkouts than the ones staffed by workers, but it's still relatively quick to get in and out with what you need.
Very nicely labelled areas for different foods, ie; bakery, fish, meat.
Apart from that, it's a regular Coles supermarket chain.

Adrian at the check out provides the worlds best costumer service.

He is so charismatic (not in a odd flirty way), quick, polite, very very competent … honestly the best I’ve seen in all of retail.

My partner and family member who have gone through his checkout on seperate occasions have mentioned him and appreciated him as-well.

Felt it was fair to point out a good experience.

Had the loviest chat with Toby the new checkout operator today. It’s nice to see friendly customer service still exists. Give this boy an award and promotion! He’s a great asset to your team and deserves to be commended.

The best place to wander around and do some shopping. Sometimes there live music organised by the Shopping Centre. This place just get better each time we visit our family & friends.

I always shop at Coles Vic Park. I am lucky enough at the service desk to be serve very of the by Adrian register 008 ,the nicest young man ever. So polite professional fast helpful caring .I just hope they will be more people like him. I hope he will have the most successful carrier in what ever He desire. Please let him know that Livia Casella is so grateful .

Coles in Vic Park is a well supplied store at all times. Today on a Sunday the store was really crowded. They had organised few self serve lanes and the queues went down pretty fast. Always a good experience to shop at this Coles.

Can I just say I had the most wonderful experience today at Coles. This lovely young lady by the name of grace went over and above the standard customer service . Thank you Coles you certainly do walk with grace.

I've had consistently great service here. I don't remember everyone's name but Glen who looks after trolley collection, Supervisor Elizabeth and check-out lady Yupa are so pleasant to interact with. The store is neat and produce is fresh. We are so happy to have this as our local Coles!

Just like any other Coles but with one difference at this Victoria park branch - a staff member Karina. She is always smiling and welcoming and always makes the shopping experience so much better. She's a credit to the team.
