Ordered the wine on the 25/05/2023 and credit card charged on the same day. No sales acknowledgment or tax invoice. No response to phone , email or Facebook. Website indicate no existing order. As it turns out, the order was received but for some reason, the email is not reaching me. Anyway, had a long chat with Dan and it all sorted out. Impress with the customer service even though there might be a few knks in the technology.
