We met with Reece and he spent approx an hour with my son and I answering all of our questions in relation to a new mountain bike. He provided elite service and was patient with our questions. He are extremely happy with our purchase of which would not have happened if we did not have the same level of service Reece provided to us.

Borja was so wonderful , he went out of his way to give the best customer service experience!! Refreshing to have great service with a friendly smile. Well done , we will be back for sure !

Billy was great! He got my cruiser back in action after a couple years of storage and helped me pick out a basket and fitted it.
Communication was excellent too, between service notifications and a call to confirm what needed doing. I've since had another bike serviced with another member there and I'll probably take the kids bikes in soon too, highly recommend. Every time I walk in the door, someone is there to say hi and check in, they seem to have a lot of knowledgable staff.

Billy is a legend (Mordialloc store) fitted new tyres for me on his own time, as a favour to me, that’s service!

Amazing sales service, went there to buy an ebike . Craig was super helpful and friendly in suggesting us the right model on folding ebikes. He arranged the test ride on couple of bikes. We”ll definitely consider buying from those guys. Thanks for making it easy for us

Huge shout out to the team at 99 Bikes Mordialloc especially to Billy the bike mechanic.

Dropped off my Merida Scultura 400 road bike for a full service and parts upgrade which he took care of and kept me posted on the progress.

Communication was key especially when there's a delay and when I got the bike back, he walked me through the changes and reassured me if there were any issues to reach out.

My bike now rides like new and smooth. Looking forward to coming back and getting the same treatment for my mountain bike in the near future.

Craig at the shop is an incredible Sales person helped me pick the right bike and had huge amount of patience to even give us a bike riding lesson. A top notch Sales professional.

The team at 99 Bikes Mordialloc demonstrate proactive and professional service, we ordered a last minute click and collect for Christmas and within minutes of the store opening the team called to let us know they only had a display item in stock but had already sourced a new one for us at Springvale 99 Bikes. The service provided at both stores was super helpful and friendly, could not recommend the team highly enough! All the more impressive considering how busy everyone must be this time of year.

Good range of cycling basics eg tyres, tubes, lights, components etc, as well as various bike models (MTB, gravel, road, kids) more at the budget-mid range end of the market. Friendly staff and competitive prices although the deals are better if you become a member.

Excellent service by Ryan, I was talked through various options and what I wanted out of the bike and he was able to point me in the right direction. I was very close to buying elsewhere, but his excellent service convinced me to go with 99 bikes. This man was holding the store together from what I could see and definitely deserves a raise.

Very helpful with the service of my wife’s bike and seemed to be careful to NOT overcharge

My partner and I were served by Billy. She needed a cheap commuter bike for work and he sorted us out for a Pedal Uptown cruiser.

Billy really has a real passion for bikes and made sure we were well looked after. Loves his mountain biking too which I could've chatted for hours about to him.

All in all great service, selctions and very helpful staff.

UPDATE 2023: Billy again serviced my bike and fit rear shock and front fork for my mountain bike. He's more than happy to advise/hint at how to get the best from the setup as well.

Duke has serviced my race bike for about 2 years and I have never had any mechanical problem during the race!

Great expert advice and friendly service. I will actually go back to buy a bike that was shown to me and my son today. Very impressive and fully recommend everyone to just have a look around, you never know what you will find.

Terrific service. Billy is a legend. He was informed, experienced and went beyond the call of duty. He was very helpful and restored my partners bike to like new. Not many shops will help with Leitner bikes and I absolutely recommend 99 Bikes Mordialloc.

I was served by a very helpful young man.
He definitely knows his stuff and so easy to talk to.
I went in to service my foldable bike, and left purchasing an E-bike that I'm collecting on Sunday. His name was Billy and read a great review about him and the rest of the team there
I'm now selling my bike on marketplace.
