Very attractive exterior and a very zen experience within store. Definitely did not feel like I was in the city.

Staff was very friendly and made my experience very sweet and caring. I was well looked after and staff took their time in order to understand my needs.

Leon was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He provided very good recommendations without being pushy.
All of the staff worked well together which made for a seamless experience for the customer.

Today went to visit a shop at the Strand where we were served by an friendly lady who is really experienced in Aesop’s product knowledge. she helped me to find the right product and gave me some skin care samples by asking my skin type which is so nice and good service. We Really felt very special customer and we would love to go back there in the near future.

As always with Aesop, very friendly and helpful staff. Very customer centred approach to find out what you need and how their products can help. I like how they offer you to sample all of their products in store and also some for you to take home. It’s always a nice experience to shop there. This particular store isn’t very big but still has all what you need.

I happened to go to this shop, I was not gonna buy anything to be honest, but turned out the Japanese sales lady Hanae san was friendly and gave us good explanations of the product nicely and politely which gave us really good impression on this shop. Her customer service made me feel comfortable with being at this shop and wanna go back. I don’t usually buy this brand, but when I wanna buy something from Aesop, I’ll definitely go back to THIS shop.

I just left Aesop The Strand having been taken care of by the most wonderful lady who helped me get my family’s Christmas gifts. All wrapped individually so beautifully and some samples for us all to try with them too. I love your products, but I love the beautiful experience I have in store even more. Thanks guys!!!

Staff here was super nice and friendly.
I visited this store almost closing time😭. Bit she was super kind and explained really well about products and recommend several ones.
After i chose the product, she gave me some other samples to try out and i liked them a lot and went there again to know about it more.
When my second visit, she was not there but i still wanna rate this store 5 stars. 🌟 👍🏼

Been loyal to Aesop since they started, when they were offering to send sample sachets out for trial. Always believed in them and stood by their product and am proud to see them achieve international cult status. I think Aesop is strongest with their body products as I choose more purposed lined for skincare and it's no wonder so many establishments feature their products.

Here is one of the great shop in my experience, I also would like to recommend international customers, who are not good speaking english. They have product’s brochure for some different languages. Also, the product is not cheap but staff try to find my suitable product including price, nature of skin, and lifestyles etc. Especially, I would like to thank you very much to Lana, you are so special!!
