Coles Beechboro

I have been shopping here in the last year since I moved in the area
I wish they hiring more people on the customer service
Some of the ladies that work in the evening on the pic hrs are the absolute best, very responsive to help and love a quick chat with them when they’re not too busy
I’ll keep an eye on their name and I’ll mention in my next comment
Some stuff members are very lovely
I’m sick of dealing with machines all the times
I’ll rather have a quick chat with the staff while they help me with my shopping
Bring back the good old days

Kudos to Chris the Manager on duty today. I shared a bad experience more to air the grievance than to have it rectified. Chris was straight forward, informative and resolved the issue with professionalism. In life, things go wrong but it's how you right it that counts. Thank you Chris. Hope you are valued by Coles.

Excellent service excellent staff excellent store sooooooooooooooooo awesome how its right down the street from me just watch out for customers they don't understand the word excuse me they just stare at you and keep blocking the product that you want

One of the best Coles I’ve ever been to, I was lucky to get served by a young lady Annabelle. She was very helpful and helped with my troubles at self serve. I do have one mention at about a older worker there who was dissing all the other staff even the one who served me !!!! Definitely recommend better management but most staff there are very pleasant. Safe to say I’ll be back Beechboro Coles.

Not my initial intention to go to, did not regret! Excellent customer service from a lady in the express checkout area. Nice chat especially since I kept rescanning the wrong barcodes. That woman had the patience of a Saint! Exchange some helpful tips between her and my friend. Definitely returning for that kind of service.

Always great friendly staff however I can't get over the fact that after 3 plus years, that I know of,, the internet inside the shop doesn't work!

Brilliant! Great deals, lovely selection, and WONDERFUL staff!!!

They were really helpful- when I couldn't reach things from seated in my wheelchair, they immediately noticed and came and offered help.

Respectfully and politely asked if I wanted assistance; so rare, it was wonderful.

They didn't do what most folk do which is assume since I'm in a chair I can't cope, and come and do stuff unasked and grab shopping or shopping basket out of my lap and I can't stop them, but don't need them and would rather not be treated like that. The worst even try and grab my wheelchair handles without asking if it is ok first!!!

These staff deserve a raise for being so awesome!

I've always found Coles Beechboro to have great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Parking is easy,shelves are usually well stocked and competitively priced.

Love to shop at Coles, the prices are so cheaper and more convenient for me coz so close where I lived. Staffs are awesome

The staff here are great always willing to help once you get to know them they are great bunch of people, if a product is not there they are more than willing to go out the back and get some for you. Friendly happy great crew.

My local shop has improved over the years the dairy is alot better it's great now there's a baker in house, staff are great, very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Management and staff. Great prices and variety as well. Close to home so it's great to have a good supermarket with close convenience.

Its a small shopping centre, older style, but the staff are always polite, courteous and helpful

Love it I classify this store as my store because I live in the area and shop there nearly all of the time.
