Queen the Label

First shopping trip during my holiday to Perth had to start at QTL in Fremantle. What an experience! I loved the fabulous saleswoman, the clothes, the store. I was so restrained and only bought a few things... the rest of the items I wanted will have to be purchased online when I get back home to Aotearoa. The saleswoman was gorgeous, helpful, professional and so lovely, she made my day

Beautiful store that has so much attention to detail, you can really tell a lot of love and positive energy has been poured into it. The clothing, accessories, and other items are very good quality and cater to all shapes and sizes. The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming and not once did we feel pressured into buying, it was a fun experience and we're so happy with what we left with. We'll definitely be back again soon!

Walked down on a girls weekend to check out the new shop. Bought a pair of jeans, love them! Friendly staff.

I haven’t been able to use this product yet due to the long delay in receiving it. Even though I paid express post anticipating early receipt, it took a month for me to finally receive the products. I contacted HQ after the first 10 days waiting, and got a lovely reply, and a $5 refund for the express post. But still no products. I know it’s a first world problem, but I’m so disappointed in the poor communications.

Online order was shipped to the UK instead of NZ. One of the customer service ladies (Noemi) blamed me and said I wrote the wrong address. Which was ridiculous as i had the confirmation email confirming my address.
After constantly emailing and messaging I finally got a lovely customer service lady to sort it out for me and do a refund.
I will never shop through this place again.

Placed an online order for a bedspread and crystal. My bedspread arrived but the crystal was missing. When I emailed about this I was accused of having the crystal they said they checked their footage and it was packed (definitely wasnt) but as a will of good faith they would resend it. Received a chipped crystal a week later. Not worth its $30 price tag. Couldn't be bothered taking it further after my poor customer service I received. Lesson learnt and will never order from them again.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service, no idea on sizing and they will hold your money for ransom 😭 four requests for escalation to management and a phone call and I have received neither!!! So disappointing because I very much support Constance but I have never had worse customer service from an online clothing company.
