I highly recommend going down to this store even if it was for advice. They are super knowledgeable and well versed on a range of instruments for the beginner to the advanced musician. Their piano range is exceptional and I think currently under renovations for the upper level? They have everything, you just need to ask. I hate going into music stores and when the staff act a little superior for us not so musically enclined people the staff here make it simple and easy for us! Looking forward to the new upper level launching! Super respectful genuine team. Very happy.

This store offers to proper performance when it comes to customer service especially. The staff at the front are super honest and true to their words when explaining your product, similarities between two instruments or brands, comparing the market so you know what best suits you and most importantly, keeping it interesting.
I thank the guys who helped solve my query on a poorly set neck on a $2000 acoustic guitar, and the most efficient way to get it resolved.

It wasn't a practically simple situation to handle but the guys were able to offer up more than one efficient way to keeping the process of solving it simple and stress free as much as it could.

I made an inquiry for an ukulele, knowing that I could not purchase that day, and the owner was very kind, explaining to me about ukulele in detail. Of course if I buy it on the internet, I can save some money, but I would rather avoid it.
