Bought a Gasland Chef Electric Induction Cooktop Model IH77BF Series 2002IH77BF0073 with two year warranty which failed after 12months. Unable to get warranty repair in Australia. Response from emails after 60 days was it worked for a while so have a happy life. They waste your time by saying "I don't quite understand what the problem is from the photos, can you describe it? Or send a video". After 90 days they finally supplied a replacement for the unit that failed.

STAY AWAY FROM GASLAND PRODUCTS. I have tried emailing support line with no response. I have a simple issue of a HWS that was supplied with a damaged rubber diaphragm that I could replace. They are not interested and the 2 published phone numbers I have found say they are not connected. Just another Dodgy Chinese Product and dodgy seller. Can't call them a company. STAY AWAY.

Bought a camping HWS and it burst into flames on first use. Gasland will not refund my money . Have commenced legal action today . Don’t buy this dodgy product. Don’t deal with them at all . Their customer support is non existent. I will endeavor to get the product recalled to keep everybody safe

I have been trying to buy a spare part, gasland support is completely unhelpful and making it impossible to repair my stovetop. No stars!
