The ladies here were absolutely amazing, they made my son feel so comfortable with trying suits on for his Yr 12 Ball, he found the one he absolutely loved and had it fitted to his size, I highly recommend Ferrari Formal Wear in Joondalup for any formal wear for men or young men... definitely will be using them again for any events

Thursday week ago Tanya at Joondalup store helped me out with a suit when Midland could not. Dropped into store, not only able to help me but also knew my size straight up. Hired my suit for a social event at Ascot races.
From the time I went in to ask what they had available to the time I walked out with my suit.
I must say was absolutely a great experience.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with my selection as I had no idea what I wanted.
I cannot remember the persons name but she was awesome and thank her and farrari for such a beautiful and high quality suit, I felt very elegant and special.

Needed a last minute suit for a formal event and walked out within an hour with everything I needed.

Kristy was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a big deal, sound advice, alterations within 10 minutes and a smile the whole time. To the owners of the business, be proud of this employee. Kristy is every skill you want serving customers.

We hired a suit for a wedding at the end of Nov 2018 and experienced outstanding customer service from Kristy who went above and beyond to help us out. Kristy even went out the back to find a handkerchief to match the colour of my dress for my partner and toddler to wear in their suits. We were an extra day away from returning to Perth and that was no problem or extra charge. Would highly recommend Kristy for her friendly and professional service.

We went to the Midland establishment and we're disappointed by the service of a foreign spoken lady. She only had one option in grey and wasn't very interested in helping us or offering ideas or options. I probably wouldn't go back there (had been a few times previously).

However Joondalup, completely blew our expectations away. On the first visit we met with Katie and explained we needed 4 suits for a wedding, but one of my groomsmen were overseas, she advised what measurements were needed. She assisted me and my Bestman and we were happy-ish with what we had gone, it was school ball season and we hadn't seen much grey there, we went with a black option.

I returned with another groomsman and got him fitted by another lady and that was all good, and also once my overseas groomsman came, another lady again.

About 4 days before my wedding I went back in there as I had seen several grey options and was wanting to go that way instead, I was greeted by Katie again and her service was once again impeccable. I asked if there was any option to change to the grey and she said we would probably be able to make it work.

On the Thursday before the wedding, we did a refit in the grey and everything was perfect. Everyone said the grey was an awesome choice at our wedding and it would never have been possible without someone as awesome as Katie!

She's an asset to your company and she needs to be complimented and thanked for the effort and time she put into this! Cheers Katie and thanks for making part of our day fantastic!

I went to your joondalup store last Thursday with my son to hire a suit for his school ball. We were served by a young lady called Natalia. My son and i had no clue what we were looking for. Natalia was very knowledgeable and helpful!! We even ended up buying most of what he needed for a similar price hiring would have been, due to a sale being on. Big thanks to Natalia, it's lovely to see young staff these days so friendly and helpful!!☺
