I was served by Catherine tonight and SHE IS A GEM! You don’t find assistants like her these days. She was willing to help us find what we needed with all the patience.

The staff, Sandra, was very nice, friendly and kind. She listened to our needs and helped us to find what we want. We visited the store on 17/May in the afternoon. Willing to revisit the store.

This is the store to buy your stationary. There is nothing I can think of that can't be found at Kikki.K. The staff are amazing and always chipper and willing to help.

I walked into this store today to return a wedding planner - my fiancee had already bought one - and I was greated by the sales attendant saying "You're not going to return that, are you?" in a very abrupt manner.
I explained the situation and the rest of the interaction was terse and unfriendly. I'd recommend going to the city store where the staff are attentive and welcoming.

Google map shows the closing time was 6 PM, then i rushed to the store. When i came in store it was closed at 4:50 PM.
So frustrating.
I was needed to get diary and calendars once i get chance to get out of home today.
