Gina gave me a very good price for hybrid flooring, unfortunately she inaccurately measured the floor space & then told me that I had provided her with the floor space (I don't even know how to measure this space & I have the emails with her stating it was 115m²) & her quote was based on my measurements which was a complete lie. Gina had my working drawings with the highlighted areas for flooring & mismeasured by over 10m² short of the product. She then charged me for the additional flooring & wouldn't have it delivered until I paid for the entire installation & cost of flooring in full. THEN.... I told her I was having shirting boards so she deleted ALL the trims meaning there was no transitions between flooring to carpet, flooring to tiles, windows & doors. It cost me 100's & 100's more $s for these transitions & their installation, not to mention the extra 10m² which JUST made the area with not 1 panel left as spare... No wonder her quote was a good price & it ended up costing me SO much more than any other quote. I contacted 3 different flooring companies & without exception they all said if they miss measured then it would be their responsibility to supply more product AND then if having skirting they ALL would supply transition materials for between rooms ,& doors etc. Gina was a bully to deal with in the end & I would NOT RECOMMEND her to deal with. Consumer protection took 6 months to tell me they cannot MAKE her come to an agreement & I WILL now have to take it to the Magistrate court. Furthermore, prior to having our floors installed, Gina, who attempts to be a jack of all trades, also kept saying she would get quotes to construct our shed & for other things & despite me chasing her up numerous times never provided these quotes.

BUYER BEWARE....

I found Gina to be very pushy, rude and disrespectful. She called relentlessly after providing her quote (one call before 9am on a Saturday morning). Even after I said the job was on hold and that I'd call them back if things changed, she still kept calling. In the end, I chose another business for my job. In the final call, I was grilled about which business I chose and why, and abruptly hung up on! I won't consider this business in future

Did not like Gina's service overall and do not recommend it.
