The Pool Shop Floreat

First time pool owner in the past 12-months. These guys have been excellent re their hints and tricks, providing easy to follow instructions when maintenance has been required. They recently stayed open an extra 10-mins (on a Sunday arvo!) so I could deliver a sample for a water quality test when the pool went green! Thanks!

Really easy to get along with team. Practical solutions with a no sales pressure attitude. Got our 40yo pool back to life for another summer in two weeks. see the before and after pic.

the amazing "Pool Girl" not just changed the murky, green water to sparkling clean and found the fault very quickly but gave very good maintenance tips for the pool. Outstanding professional service...very happy customer.

My son asked me whether I could repair his pool leaf-skimmer which is attached to the pool wall. The pool and parts are decades old and finding the specific part (union they apparently call it) which connects the skimmer to the wall pipe was going to be a major challenge. I visited several pool (and plumbing) shops but kept coming-up short. I then visited The PoolShop in Floreat as a last resort. Paul the store manager served me and he couldn't have being more helpful. After a bit of research and investigation he struck 'gold'. He found a pool products company that had old stock of the part and arranged for me to collect it.
Paul is extremely helpful and friendly and went out of his way to resolve my dilemma. My son will now change from his regular pool shop to this one. A huge thank you to Paul.

I can highly recommend Paul and his team. There were some serious issues with the pool, they were able to attend the property in a prompt and timely manner, provided a quick overview of what was required and subsequently completed the work on time and on budget. They also provided a detailed account of all the matters that had been attended to. They were fast, efficient and on budget and what I like most of all no fuss, and did a great job.
