Unprofessional customer service. Mona the lady in the store said everything in the store was 25% off on thursday16/11/23. I brought 3 pants. When i went home i realised that i was charged 30% for the items i brought. I was working and so i came back on saturday 18/11/23 to get my money refunded. But Mona was very rude and was arguing with me saying it was 30%.I checked with other katies store they also had 25% off for these items on the same day. Very unprofessional, rude and bad services. Recommend not going to katies in casey central.

the sales assistant Mona is so rude and not interested in providing any customer service. she spoke so rudely to us. probably better to just do your shopping online

Web site says open to 5.30 Wednesday but raced after work to get there only to find shut and locked up with no sign saying closed. Obviously happy with sales from retirees or mums at home

Each time we go, the sales assistant is always on the phone and not interested in her job or customers. She always closes early and is just plain rude when not on the phone. Today, started closing at 3.45pm saying are you finished because I need to go! Save your time and go to another store if you want to shop at Katie’s.

Was stung with their false advertisement.. when the issue was raised staff where aware & unable to help, management where not interested in any kind of compensation !BUYER BEWARE!
