Agree. The place is good, the staff are friendly. Prices off course are very high, but what you expected from the stores like this...

We wanted to get some cash from the ATM which is located inside the store. It said there was a fee of 3 AUD but it charged us 5,50 AUD instead. As we complained to the cashier she told us this happens regularly but wouldn‘t help us and didn’t give any refund.

ATM in store says it would charge a three dollar fee for withdrawal and ended up charging much more… staff wouldn‘t help us saying that it was a problem with the bank even though they told us that it had happened a few times with other customers already.

I am horrified by the way your staff treat me. I have used your store on 4 occasions and only 1 of those was positive. The other 3 were extremely rude to me and demanded that I removed my certified assistance dog from the store, which by the way is illegal.

Just a FYI below.... because next time I am told to remove my CERTIFIED ASSISTANCE DOG from the store I will take the below action.

Corporations and Businesses:
Under the Act, any businesses that serve the public, such as restaurants, hotels, retail stores, taxi cabs, theatres, concert halls and sports facilities, are prohibited from refusing service, refusing entry, segregating or separating a person from their dog or charging an extra fee because the dog is present.

The Act requires these businesses to allow people with disabilities to bring their certified guide, hearing and assistance dog onto the premises in all areas where customers are generally allowed.

The executive officers of a corporation must ensure their corporation complies with the Act. Failure to comply could see a corporation facing a fine of up to $55,000.

All that I ask is treat me like all other human beings.

I saw this sign outside your shop - maybe you should check your advertising because surely you are no charging 88.00 for a drink and a sandwich, since you are charging 8.00 for a 600mil bottle of water - which by the way is highway robbery - this would make it a ridiculous price for a sandwich. The big push on at the moment to support local, I get that you have to pay a little extra for the convenience bur how do you justify 8.00 for a small bottle of water - REALLY!
