My partner and I went in to find clothes for a wedding we were attending. We were served by Aisha and she was AMAZING!! She legit went above and beyond! From getting us sizes from the Myer store to suggesting different options to make the outfit work. She is customer service 🫶🏻 can't thank her enough.

Amazing experience being served today, didn’t get her name but she truly went above and beyond in sizing up a groomsman suit for an interstate wedding that wasn’t even being purchased at the store (purchasing at a yd interstate) - even so far as to measure the alterations required and relay them to the groom over the phone. Can’t thank her enough! 😊

I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine - but we just wanted to say again thank you to Kristin who helped my friend find a suit (which looks so GORGEOUS) - as two transgender people, finding clothing, and even walking into stores such as YD can, and has been a intimidating experience, but again, Kristin made my friend feel comfortable, seen & at such ease. She was highly professional, gave fantastic recommendations & even helped find a size.

My Dad bought suit for my wedding and had a very particular colour in mind, Oliver was super helpful and suggested different styles and colours until we found the perfect fit and shade, couldn’t be more happy with the suit but also with the experience in store today. Despite being busy due to late night trade, we were looked after and greeted straight away, definitely recommend this store, the staff are so professional especially when you’re shopping for a big occasion! Thanks so much Oliver, we’ll be back for more suits for future events!
