I ordered a scope with Magnum Sports. They contacted me very promptly to let me know my ordered scope was out of stock and offered me an alternative.
The alternative was not what I was looking for so they refunded my payment right away.

Called up Thursday and ordered the Vortex Venom 5-25x56 with 34mm Element Rings delivered Monday 1pm security packaged, included a 2021 Vortex catalogue. Amazing service & Great Pricing (Cheapest I found in Australia) - thanks again team!

The boys here are always busy, but will always give you their attention when they’re able. Chris is probably the best in terms of advise. He’s sold me these two scopes after months of visiting the store and asking his opinion I’ve finally made the decision to purchase these two scopes and they have met every expectation that I have been told about by Chris. They gentlemen are hard workers that have a great knowledge base. I wish I knew about them earlier prior to getting my firearms.

Absolutely wonderful experience, this shop is by no means close by as I drive two hours every time I need to pickup something. But definitely worth your time and saving your buck. Guys are friendly, took an hour out of their day just to give me advice on hunting and shooting as newbie in this field. They are extremely helpful, never had any troubles or delays and the service is top notch

Have purchased a number of items online. From Scopes to reloading gear and accessories. All have been delivered by post. Items arrived in good condition and well within a reasonable time frame (Regional NSW). Very good service and advice when talking over the phone.

Wonderful staff and fantastic service. Purchased a second hand rifle sight unseen, got it delivered to Melbourne, had a gun Smith look over it, barrel was shot out, spoke to Chris about the situation, he didn't hesitate paying me a full refund, he even paid for my postage and transfer from my end! I am a newbie pistol shooter and Vlad was super helpful. He walked me through the options that they have for 22LR pistol. He was very professional and was not pushy. I bought $500+ worth of gear and plan to be back soon.
