Very happy with the company. I've placed two orders with them and purchased several hundred metres of double braided yachting ropes of several thicknesses. Everything has been good and the ropes have been good to splice using double braided splicing techniques. Excellent range of colour schemes. Goods came very quickly a couple of days after placing each order. I shall happily use them again.

My children needed some ropes for a school project, so I placed an order at night. I sent the company a message saying that the children were waiting for the rope and asked for it to be sent quickly. Early the next morning, the company already sent the rope package by courier. I received the rope the next day. The courier label had "URGENT" messages written on it in pink ink :-). I am very grateful for the good service that the company provided. The person that sent the package really showed they care about the customers, even though I only placed a small order.

Horrible experience better stay away from that company. Ordered 40 meters of 14mn. After 10 days they finally contacted me to tell me there were none in stock I had to take an other colour. After an other week received the goods. Cut the rope in two to realise there were full of defect at the end, check the pic my mistake I should have check every inch. I though their team would do it. It was the end of a batch and never been checked before sending. The rope was never been used I took the picture on the first day. Their explanation was: it looks like a shafing from a pulley?? For real!!!!l the rope is brand new. Have those guys never been on a boat.The shafing does not happen on a pulley.Even the size is wrong check the pic. They never offer any refund they just write : if you re not happy sent it back no other explanation whatsoever about a refund. Would you send it back after all of that and hoping that they may send a refund I did not want to waste more time I took on chin and move on. Waste of time, waste of money probably made in china. No worth the price. STAY AWAY or you ll burn your finger as I did. I will spread the word around in the different groups and yachtie community for sure More than happy to produce all the emails pictures etc to show anyone my evidence against none of them. We all make mistakes I am the first one but the way you sincerely try to resolve them make you a great business. Seemingly this is not part of their business. The customer is not always right but sometime he is. I got all the proof pictures etc, what are your hard evidence? Not your words

I used to be a loyal customer for years but I think they've changed hands or have new management because their service has become terrible. Don't waste your time.

The last two orders I placed ($400 - $600 worth) never arrived, and each time after waiting 3 weeks I emailed them and got told my products were never shipped in the first place as they were out of stock. On the last order I didn't even get an apology, just a "let me check if your order was even sent", another week went by with no answer so I had to email again to ask "Well, was it sent?" and they didn't respond just sent me a refund. Complete waste of time and terrible service.
