I cannot recommend Petstock Balcatta groomers enough!! 10/10!!!

I have consistently have struggled to find the right groomer for my little guy after our main groomer retired, because of his unusual hair/breed type, we had been through 3 other groomers before coming here and these guys nailed it first try!! Exceptional service, so friendly, really know their stuff, and affordable pricing; they have made a very loyal and regular customer out of me!

Very knowledgeable staff! And willing to search for additional info too. They were refreshingly honest about products - eg that wet pet food is mostly water & not good value. Excellent selection too - I could find a food that had the specific ingredients & additives I was after.
Worth travelling to this shop for sure! (And as a bonus, it's very near some good Op shops!)

Every time we go there with my rotti x mastiff, we shop for a bit. And most of the people working there are so welcoming and engaging with my dog. I get great service and often at the checkout. Get gifted extra complimentary goodies for my doggo.
They’re a lovely bunch of people. And sell a far wider range of stock compared to other places. Myself and Kiah always enjoy our visits. Thanks to all of you working there for being so welcoming and accommodating.

I had the best experience yesterday at Pet Stock Balcatta.
I purchased a Remote dog trainer and was served by Carla who went over and above to help us. She was professional, attentive and thorough in her knowledge of the product.

Very friendly staff, super efficient and skilled. My dog has a collapsing trachea and degenerative bone disease and is vicious when getting her nails clipped yet the staff said she was fine and looked after her well. Full groom was quick and she looks great.

The staff are so welcoming helpful and friendly. My 2 dogs love visiting this store just to say hello to the staff. The DIY dog wash is always clean. The groomers are wonderful with my anxious elderly Maltese X shih tzu.

Staff member Ella was very helpful in helping me choose some cat food for my fussy cat. Great customer service

Wow. The staff here are amazing. We took our young dog in for a dog wash. Our dog hates going in for a wash and is difficult to get her into the store. The staff where really helpful in providing free treats to help Indie settle and get comfortable. Service that's over the top.

Chelsea who grooms my dog, Rebel, is awesome. She has helped me out with so much advice when I've asked questions as well,
The other staff are really lovely too.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of products and we found one of our forever furballs through them - a cat they had "on display /on loan" from the WA Pet Project, now happily resident in our home

The best delivery service I have had. Have been using them for a year now and whatever I order always comes before 7 days. Always keeping you up to date and great selection of items for my dog :)

Really friendly staff, huge store, really wide isles, cater for a huge range of pets products. Had to buy my old female dog, doggie nappies, they only have one brand but does have range of sizes, small,medium, large.
Price wise couldn't comment on because I need to compare to other stores. They have full grooming available

I was served by a lovely girl named Anna who was not only extremely helpful, but very bubbly and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be returning in the future!

This place has everything for your domestic pets. A huge range of quality foods and treats for your dog or cat and plenty of toys. There is an aquarium section, with assorted cold water fish, and lots of aquarium supplies. The staff are very helpful and the prices are very competitive.

The lady with the blue hair is always happy to see customers and is very humble, most staff members are here and they always have stock, I've never once walked in and they have been out of stock of what I need for my cats.

I love the friendly staff here at Balcatta PetStock, particularly in grooming. They love our Scnoodle, Chantelle, and always do a 5 star job on her almost monthly grooming. I think they are great. 10/10

Extremely helpful with fitting my two pups with new harnesses. I appreciate how friendly and helpful they were, especially as I was feeling a bit under the weather and was trying to hold onto two dogs.
