Service is unbelievable!! Staff and owners seem genuinely, extatic to see customers and to serve them. I'm shocked at how much this GREAT SERVICE surprises me but I've never come across such a jolly, helpful, eager, bunch of people!

The owner was closing up one day, just as I arrived, and opened up the whole place for me, just to grab a bag of chicken feed. He said he lives just round the corner and to just give him a call anytime and he'll just come open up for me.

My vet visited there a few weeks ago and told the owner that she'd felt bad after advising me I'd need to pick up some psyllium husks urgently for my horses and tgat the only place still open would be the "much more expensive place down the highway". When she told the Jackos owner this, he said she should have called him and he would have opened the shop up for me to get the psyllium husks!

What a great bunch. I now buy ALL my horse food, pig food, dewormers, and chicken food there...oh, and my psyllium husks 😁.
