Terrible service. Have been waiting a year for a mens Puma black hoodie, was told by Taylor it was on back order and I kept having to check in every several months, to be told today that they weren’t receiving the stock anymore. I was also told that I could use my $30 voucher from last year, this year with the $30 credit and also told that I was unable to combine them together to another hoodie, which was showing in stock on the website for an XL and 2XL size, but their system was not updated. Really considering just cancelling the membership of over 10 years because of the inconvenience.
