Friendly greeting, this is always great to see happening in stores.
Easy to navigate aisles to locate wanted Items. Staff assistance friendly and knowledgeable. Easy checkout.

Always have what I have on my shopping list. Lovely pleasant staff and options of self and assisted service.

Well laid out store with helpful staff

I think this is the only place in the area with an atm. This little village is a neat place. Ruins Cafe and the adjoining Crushing it smoothie bar is excellent. The bakery has some yum stuff too. All very convenient.

New Sushi Bar outside Coles.... great food, take away or pleasant outdoor seating.

Just your average Cole's...nothing amazing. Customer service reasonable...same layout which I like and helps with choices. 3 Stars.

I stand corrected! Not your average Cole's. They really made the effort to think about customer service. How? Check out my photo.

Also part of their fruit quality policy you can taste test! There is a bin next to the Fresh Produce Section...How do you know it's fresh? You taste!

We did our first online order and pick up. Was amazed how easier it was and it was FREE!!!
The person that packed our bags picked online fresh, beautiful ingredients (which I was really worried about).
To top it all of the lady that greeted us was super friendly.
Will definitely be doing this next week.

Wonderfully helpful staff, shop always clean, fresh food on display, little or mostly no delay at checkouts, ample hand sanitizers, wet wipes and dry wipes at entry and exit doors. Temperature within generally ideal. Shopping made easy, at its best.

Coles at Lake Innes Village is modern, clean and a good size so it will probably have what you are looking for. Parking is nearly always available and there are some nice Specialty shops surrounding it as well as a bank.
The addition of the kebab, sushi and tacos into the Lake Innes shopping area has improved the utility significantly.

Wonderful to see shelves fairly well stocked. Much more variety available than Woolies. Thankyou Cole's as we are baking for those who have lost lots of their belongs Heartbreaking & glad to help with Cole's products available.

Coles has always got what I need so ducked in to get required items and also made a purchase in the liquor department, again Coles stocked what I needed and at a fantastic price, all in all a great experience! 😀

Young boy in deli was extremely great, absolute powerhouse of a voice so deep so aesthetic. Really helped me out with picking out my meat.

Love this shop. It is in such a convenient location as all successful business owners understand location , location ,location. Coles have it. There a parent company for all Coles in port and this parent shop is never under the microscope.
