They have hard to get cosmetics in AU but the team also sent me a free primer and handwritten note because they shipped my item a little later then they anticipated. Kim is the best MUA in the business, she will show you honestly and openly what will suit you and your skin. Kim does not sell anything she wouldn't use herself. She is happy and bubbly and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend this business for some of the best make-up and beauty essentials in the business. Whether you visit the online shop or make an appointment to meet at the Luxe Look showroom (this is my preferred option as you have time to talk and trial the best make-up options for you) if you know what you want you can easily make an online order which is packaged with love and care. I just purchased the Parian spirits brush cleaner. I ordered late on Wednesday night and my order arrived Friday morning which is amazingly fast since I live an hour away from Perth. My order had a really sweet handwritten personalised note and some lovely choccies. The brush cleaner itself, i am very impressed with! It has a beautiful fresh citrus scent and has cleaned my brushes within seconds and can be used straight after without having to wait for it to dry!
