Love new petrol station nice people

ordered on the app for 1030pm pickup waited in the drive thru for 2 coffees and a milkshake and received them at 11pm and it wasn't busy.....
so much for the app.making it faster and easier lol won't be going back to this store

Walk in to pay for fuel at the closest terminal to the pumps..... waiting waiting.... Get barked at, "come over here to this terminal" (otherside of the shop)..... sorry but this is not customer service... if i did this at my workplace I would be sacked. You either want me to pay for my fuel or you dont. Next time ill just walk out if this repeats. And yes that terminal was working because after i walked out it was used.

The whole setup is ridiculous, it’s almost impossible to fit your car anywhere without doing a 3 point turn. If you’re going through the drive thru, expect to wait at least 10 minutes for a coffee

I was ignored twice. I was standing in front of the lady at the counter, obviously standing a little bit back as I was waiting in line and she looks over to the right where no one was and asks if anyone is waiting.. then goes to make coffee..

I then let that go just in case they were busy. But then I’m still standing in line some guy walks up and gets acknowledged straight away. The lady then calls out to another worker to help. This is when I get served..

New store or not. Customer service is Key!

Will never wash my car there or any Otr
No soap in the high pressure on either one we used
The soap that came out on the brush smelt like sewage water bloody disgusting
They happily refunded my $10 and mind you in. $1 coins which really we paid by card where do I slot my coins into

Now I have to go have a shower and rewash my car

Auto carwash didn’t even remove dirt from bonnet rubbed fingers across to a film of dust on car straight after a ultimate wash $23 wouldn’t recommend using car wash might as well hosed it off at home

They need better staff and then it may have potential. Everytime I've been there its so long of a wait to be served.
