Bunnings Gawler

If I could give more stars I would for customer service! Lovely staff. Don’t come into town often and it was a pleasure to be served today and helped with the things I needed even though they were understaffed and very busy

We live in Burra and its a long drive to buy materials. Ordinarily I buy at Munno Para, but they didn’t have stock of the items I needed and they suggested I click and collect at Gawler where stock was available. I tried click and collect but the system wouldn’t allow me to use that option for that item. I called the Gawler store and spoke to Cooper who understood the situation and kindly agreed to hold the stock for us!
He kindly put the items on a trolley and when we arrived at the store he kindly assisted in loading it up (I’m disabled) which was icing on the cake! Thank you Cooper and Bunnings Gawler🙏😃

Omg this place is so big has everything you could possibly be looking for. Great cafe also there & play area for the kids. Plenty toilets close by if you need to go while shopping. Always a pleasant shopping experience here.

They were great. I ordered and payed online and then just had to pick up . In some areas they deliver but not were I am

Although one of the smallest Bunnings I’ve ever been to it was well stocked and I got what I needed from several sections. The register staff we super friendly and helpful. I’d shop again at this Bunnings. Only issue was the external shared parking with a supermarket and other major outlets so parking was poor but beyond Bunnings control.

Great but too big can't find anything.

Bunnings hires good people and gives them autonomy. The result is an enjoyable shopping trip.

Needed to fix a couple of taps.
Not being much of a handy man so I wasn't sure what i was doing..I took a picture of the taps and found a staff member that was amazing, they knew what isle to find it..in fact they showed me and continued to find the right size washers and handles for me. Even explained how to change them. Amazing.!

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Ellen in the paint area.
I needed help with a book week project for my son and Ellen went above and beyond to assist. She was super helpful and so pleasant so deal with. She is a credit to this amazing store. Thanks Ellen

I have been through Bunnings Gawler. The staff here are so friendly. Although it is a smaller store. They have all things you need. I would recommend coming here for your hardware needs

Massive floor layout for anything D.I.Y and gardening, well knowledgeable and friendly staff; have indoor playground to keep little one entertain near the "Gardening" section.

Love this store and always buy more than I went in for. Only fault can never find staff and have to walk around to find them.
