Eureka Furniture Orange

I was served by a very helpful young man, who listened to my needs and helped me to make decisions I’ll be happy with into the future. He was knowledgeable and polite. The choices at the store are so numerous and varied, it was good to have someone on hand to help filter out things that would not suit my house. He also helped by carrying some items out to my car for me.

Can’t recommend this Orange outlet enough. Vyara in particular. We ordered a lounge which was delivered by another Eureka outlet damaged. That store wasn’t bothered to return my calls back over a 5 week period, I then called Vyara from the Orange store and told her the issue and she had it sorted within a week. Thank you again.

Christine is a very helpful lady, even when running a busy shop on her own. Once my order arrived, Tom and Steve, who work in the warehouse, couldn't have been more helpful. It's the first time I have shopped at Eureka, and the customer service from everyone has ensured that next time I need a piece of furniture, Eureka will be my first port of call. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find.

Had a great experience purchasing my first leather lounge from here. The service was fantastic. Not pushy, but really helpful and engaging.

Was greeted by friendly staff upon arriving although initially only window shopping. Finished up buying a piece of beautiful furniture. I was given all the relevant information on care of the chaise lounge; delivery and price. Love the bespoke furniture and the store in general

The staff at Eureka Street Furniture were informative and accommodating in every way possible. With the showroom beautifully showcased, the staff gave me plenty of space to view the fabulous array of floor stock. The purchase process was painless, giving me the ability to walk out thoroughly delighted with the product I'd purchased.

Christine has been amazing every step of the way, it is so lovely to have an employee with so much respect for her customers. She helped every step of the way ensuring that we got what we wanted and needed. Our house looks like an amazing home thanks to her kind and wonderful service!

When we arrived at Eureka Street Orange store we couldn't help but notice the friendly reception and genuine smiles.
I was after something specific and needed it that day. Christine gave us options and we found what we were looking for, we went to the warehouse to pick up our purchase and there was a problem with the item. A quick phone call to Christine, and Tom the fellow at the warehouse had a solution much to our delight.
The service was exemplary, atmosphere friendly and pleasant. We would thoroughly recommend these guys when purchasing Homewares and Furniture. We will definitely be returning customers.

I love this shop and everyone at the Bathurst and Orange NSW stores are so friendly and helpful
It’s hard going into this shop without buying something. Not only because of all the beautiful items they sell but the sales, promotions and % off full price furnishings. I went in to the Bathurst store on the weekend looking for two chairs and I found them but I also ordered a new lounge and ottoman because it was 40 % off. Always excellent customer service and so helpful in regards to getting the furniture to you. Thank you Eureka

WhenI entered the Orange shop yesterday I was so impressed with the choice of furniture and accessories displayed. A wide range to choose from with a modern flair and so bright and refreshing.
But most of all the very caring happy and excellent customer service that I received from Cherelle
