This is a very good furniture and electrical appliance store. We bought a lot of furniture and electrical appliances for our house. Good selection and good quality items. The staff are very professional and friendly. The delivery service is well organized and highly efficient.
I would like to thank Benjamin (the bedding department) for assembling a king bed - the whole set for us.

Katie gave excellent service for me and helped me to collect the ideal food processor for our facility kitchen

Huge shout out to Matt in the computer dept at Harvey Norman Orange. I’ve had a few interactions with Matt over the past few weeks which have all been great, but today in particular he was fantastic. First up I bought a printer, he was really knowledgeable and walked me through the different options. Then yesterday I bought a computer, I made a few visits and again he really knew his stuff and was very helpful without putting me under pressure to buy. Today, I had to return the computer. There’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t do what I need it to, a small but important feature that Matt wasn’t aware of. I was so worried last night that it was going to be a huge hassle but when I arrived this morning he was again very professional and helpful. He understood my rights, talked me through a few options and made the return really straightforward. I’ve always been skeptical of big retail chains but will absolutely return for my next tech purchase.

Very impressed with the customer service received from all staff, especially Katie. Moving homes is hard, but she was there along the way, helping me find the perfect TV, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner and more. Super knowledgeable and great advice!!! Will be coming back

Got a return and item processed by the warehouse boys. They were flat out but only too happy to help. Friendly and efficient. Worth more money.

When ordering any kitchen and TV appliances Cathie Kennard is a fabulous and friendly sales person A wealth of knowledge with a caring and personable manner I thoroughly recommend purchasing from her and listening to her advice Follow up with eta and emailing information with choices in between visits was wonderful All round she made a stressful exercise a pleasure Thanks Cathie Update don't bother dealing with anyone else...they know nothing Any enquiries are met with 'You'll have to talk to Cathie' no wonder she is so busy and as for the rest of them ...go get some knowledge of your own

Approximately 8 months ago i bought some furniture and had the pleasure to deal with Jacinda, after my purchase there were a few little issues with the furniture but Jacinda sorted everything out without hesitation and with ease, again just last week i had another concern and spoke with Jacinda once again and problem is already sorted. Brent in Technology and , I think, his supervisor were amazing last week… firstly they determined the device I had returned was faulty… organized a refund without question , despite it being bought from Harvey Norman online, and a replacement device and then Brent connected it to my phone and explained simply how to add our home devices to the new modem. He spent a lot of time with me without leaving me feeling inept. Thankyou. I shall be going straight to Brent for future technology purchases.

My son recently purchased a bed through this store. My guess is he laid on it for about 5 seconds in the store as when he actually slept on it - found it was far too soft for his large frame. Brendon, who runs the bedding department, was terrific, taking back the mattress, ensuring my son took some real time about choosing the replacement one - and delivering it for a small cost. Great service that gives confidence about shopping here. Thanks Brendon!!

I love Harvey Norman, for over 30 years I have always brought all my furniture there, the quality has always been excellent. The staff have always been very helpful and knowledgable. For some odd reason I thought I would give the smaller companies a go - Fantastic Furniture, no good, had to return a mattress, then I tried Home Sweet Home, again no good, had to take them to court to get my money back. Stick with who you can trust.

I had been through a bad experience with a faulty stove and after finally having my product care warranty establish that I was not at fault that it was a manufacturing fault, I went down to Harvey Norman and was treated with respect and as a customer should be treated-fairly and with great consideration, not only did they replace the product-they upgraded it and also allowed me to keep my extended warranty for the new stove. I would recommend the professional service given and the quick action taken by the staff in the electrical department. Finally people who understood the customers frustration and ensured a swift resolution! Thankyou to the person who assisted us in this matter-we appreciated your fine service.
