What friendly helpful staff. They make the difference between a good store and a great store. Extensive range of products, great parking and wheelchair friendly. Keep up the good work.

I’ve generally found this store to be well organised and well staffed. When requested, the team member had been informative or able to complete my request.
Free parking is directly out the front.

A huge thankyou to Ramesh and Nick from Officeworks Rutherford who helped me with a last minute printing job today for my sports club AGM. Not only were they super friendly, they did the job with their usual professionalism, time and care, even though they were busy they didn't make me feel like it was a bother at all (even though I am sure it would have been!) Thanks for helping me out, you guys are legends!

Came in on 23/12 and was served by an amazing member of staff in the Print Centre about 6.30pm. Although it was such a busy time and many customers were obviously stressed, this man was very kind and patient! A great member of your team!

Officeworks needs more employees like Kim. What a wonderful, helpful and patient young employee. She went out of her way to help us and we really appreciated her time. They didn't have stocks of the product we wanted to purchase so she went to great lengths to try to find another one of their stores that might have had the product. Thanks you so much Kim.

I came in on Friday night and was served my Tahlia, great customer service is an understatement! She was extremely polite and helpful and ensured I was looked after in the most friendly way. Please thank her on my behalf! After working in customer service myself before I commend her on her efforts.

Shoutout to Jacob who was a freaking legend and get 80 booklets printed for me in record time this afternoon!!

I am almost a permanent fixture & many staff members greet me & call me by name. They also very cheerful & helpful when I ask many questions on how to use technical products. One member, even jokingly suggested that I should wear their blue TShirt & become part of their staff to assist the photo section.

Please pass on my thank you to Kade from printing! He was so helpful and willing to help me with a few things. He really went the extra mile of cutting my prints perfectly and I'm so appreciative! :-)

Incredibly helpful staff member Katrina went above and beyond in following up a stock query on the phone. Initial search showed no stock but staff persevered and found the last unit which it seems had been mislabelled.
Called me back to say they had got it and would hold it for me to collect. Very friendly service too.

Expert help from the young (and helpful) lady in printing this morning resulted in the pleasing reproduction of a very old map.

Moreover, thanks to Kym for her assistance today in replacing my dead printer. This is the second time Kym has helped me in my technology needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for the exemplary service Kym!

I had a problem with ink cartridges. It was a weird situation where the model numbers in the box were not the same as on the cover. I was frustrated and the dude listened to me and gave me a full exchange even though I had opened the cartridges. Totally handled the situation calmly and helped me out. The team is really great. Dude with mohawk. You made my day, cheers for helping a brother out.

Awesome customer service today thankyou. The lovely men helped me sort out the right printer toner cartridge for me and even though I was unsure I had the right one they made me feel completely confident of my purchase and I could return it if it was not right. So glad I trusted them. It was exactly the right toner just in a new package. 5 stars! Sally

Brandon was an absolute legend. He had great customer service and really tried hard to make sure my printing job was perfect. Extremely grateful and happy with the final product. Fantastic experience.

Brought my 6 year old nephew into office works and he started bawling his eyes out 😭👦 Luckily a beautiful worker named Seth came up to my son and took him under his wing🦋 and showed him the true wonders of officeworks and told him some really beautiful affirmations. That child grew up to be the founder of the United Nations. Genuinely considering taking my own son out of my will and replacing him with Seth😍‼ Would give 6 stars⭐⭐ If I could 💋💋💋

Everytime I go to the Rutherford store I am assited by pleasant well mannered staff Jacob was the staff member who took time and patients to help me today
