Our experience was very good in baby bunting Rutherford. The staff was very helpfull and kind.

The staff are amazing, the store is clean and tidy and for a bloke doing baby stuff shopping, it was an absolute breeze.

Girls were amazing, having no idea what to get they grabbed a trolly and helped with what would be helpful for mum and bub.

Excellent service from Maddy in the car seat fitting department today. Maddy was friendly, helpful, polite and promptly fitted our new car seat and then went above and beyond and identified a problem on our previously purchased car seat that was covered by warranty and had a new replacement seat sourced and fitted within 20mins. Thank you!

Great place for new parents stocking up on necessities, they have a great range with free fitting of car seats.

This is my first baby so I was a little overwhelmed at all the things I needed to get organized ... and today I visited baby bunting Rutherford, I can honestly say I have never experienced such good service. The staff were incredibly nice and also really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I also had my baby car seat fitted and that experience was also fantastic. The man who did it was so lovely and helpful. Thank you so much for making what was an overwhelming shopping trip totally comfortable and pleasant! If I’m ever up this way again I will 100% be back!

We placed an online order from Baby Bunting which had been processed through their system and collected by Couriers Please but not scanned when collected. 6 days later there is still no registration from the courier that they even have collected the parcel. With no way of tracking this order I spoke to Alex at Rutherford store who sorted an alternate option for us and made the whole experience with Baby Bunting so much better! We have had nothing but the highest level of customer service from Alex and Team and Rutherford store and are so grateful for the advice, guidance and assistance! The way that this was handled in store to rectify this issue was great and we are very thankful to Alex for her help! She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. Thank you again!!!

Great experience at Rutherford store from the moment I walked in the door.

My first visit was great as a first time mum I was overwhelmed with what car seat to choose. I ended up picking a seat that was through no fault of the staff recalled some months later. When I went to return the seat due to the recall I was stressed that it was paid for through afterpay and and was due in 5 weeks time and didn't want to wait a week for afterpay to refund the seat. Olivia the assisting manager informed me of a manual over ride they could perform and reduced all of my stress and worries. I left that day with a new seat. Another lady who I can't remember the name of. (Baby brain Sorry) was an absolute delight even carried the seat out to my vehicle and shared with me some great and useful knowledge about other purchases I made. The staff were amazing. First time in a long time I felt like a valued customer. Thank you ladies so much!
