TRADEMASTER

My wife and I have been searching for a custom built-in wardrobe ever since we moved into our new house. We surveyed products from both ends of the price spectrum. My gosh, you could really go crazy with designs and customisations and rake over $60K in cost. It was unbelievable. On the left of the price range, the drawers were flimsy and we didn't like the limited choices with doors. There were too many compromises.

We wanted something more down to earth but still able to express our ideas. The wardrobe also need to match our interior design. It was an exhausting task finding something that meets our budget and still be happy with the end result. At one point we put off the plan for almost a year. We stumbled upon Trademaster after speaking to some tradespeople. This is when we were introduced to their wardrobe design service. We met Abdul and Berni. They were a joy to work with. Design stage took between 2-4 weeks and we deliberated on the designs a few more weeks. Abdul is so patient with us and even gave us helpful suggestions and watch outs. Berni is great with designs and he understood what we wanted. They were a good team in this project.

The end result? We loved it! Not only did it matches our interior, it was perfect. All the dimensions, tolerance, fit and finish were spot on. They all came together like an 'Italian wardrobe'. I'm not kidding. It also didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Now we understand price is a matter of perspective but if you want a custom designed wardrobe but couldn't swallow the price, we recommend Trademaster. Depending on what you're achieving, as long as you don't go crazy on the accessories and work with some design limitations, you'll be happy.

Trademaster also uses their external contracted installer. We were fortunate to work with some of the nicest and most patient people. They took extra care with the material and ensuring no damage to our walls while working with limited space. Talal and Josh are the installers to ask for!

We are blessed to have met these good people. We will not hesitate to use their service again. We will also recommend them to our friends and you! who are reading this review.

Such lovely service! I purchased brushed aluminium particle board which was a little bigger than advertised (they make these products a little bigger so that you get a nice clean cut - so professional!) But because I bought my car to collect based on the smaller width, it didn't quite fit, the manager offered to cut it free of charge - delighted! I highly recommend Trademaster.

We tasked Abdul from Trademaster with producing a built-in wardrobe with printed acrylic doors, using a high resolution photo image. Fantastic experience! Got 2 sheets of Baltic birch plywood, both cut in half. No dramas whatsoever. Service was excellent, didn't need to wait long for the cuts and the price was pretty good too. I recently ordered a custom sized benchtop for my kitchen. Harun on the service desk was extremely helpful with sizing and colour choices and kept me informed of my order's progress. It was delivered within two weeks, was well packed and the delivery guy went above and beyond to help me get it to my apartment. I chose the Nero Portoro by Duropal. Looks fantastic in my kitchen.

We ordered a wardrobe for our child's bedroom and a custom made cupboard under our stairs. We were impressed by Abdul's experience and customer service. We loved the cupboards. The staff went out of their way to help us when we arrived ill-prepared, in our HRV, to pick up a heavy and long bench top.

I needed a good quality laminate bench top for our kitchen remodel and Trademaster had a great selection at much more reasonable prices than many other outlets I tried. The ordering process was great and all my many questions were answered quickly and with great detail, would 100% order from them again.
