We purchased 3 Mickey Blue generators 18 mths ago as back up power units for care homes. To date they have performed extremely well. During a recent power outage at one home the generator ran nonstop in very hot weather for two days and powered up a fridge, a freezer, fans, microwave, wifi, tv and toaster. It was obviously not providing power for all these appliances at the same time but it easily did the job when required.
I’m also very impressed on how easy to start and how economical they are on fuel. Great Value.

Purchased a generator and had a small issue. With one phone call Mick went to ends of the earth to get it sorted. Absolute outstanding service and an amazing product. I highly recommended this gentleman and his company/products.

Great customer service! We purchased a couple of 12V fans nearly a year ago and only just used them over Xmas - one worked great the whole week, the other one a blade snapped off inside. Emailed Mick the pictures on Saturday - new replacement fan arrived Tuesday!

I juat purchased a caravan with A MickeyBlu 3.5 KVA Generator The Generator had never been used or even started started, purchased in 2021. Now Dec 2022. Rang The phone number on the web site went to message bank and really didn't expect a call back, being the 29th of December. Had a message on my phone an hour later , noting
that I'm in Melbourne and the company is in WA so probably called a little early. Rang Mick back he ran me through the instructions and even took a call from a mate who has borrowed the generator and ran him through the first time start and run in proceedure. The Generator started third pull after not being used ever and sitting in its box for over a year. What great Service. I doubt that if I rang customer care for any other generator company I would have had a response. I run a business and appreciate the effort people put in to support their customers and understand how consuming it is but if you are passionate about your product like Mick seems to be, its a lifestyle

Of months ago. I needed a 3.5kva for the aircon to run and the coffee machine. It hasn’t skipped a beat. Have called to ask a couple of questions multiple times Mick answers first time every time and is always happy to help. Best 3.5k a generator on the market. Can’t beat the five year warranty.

I have known Mickey for over a year now, i had brought generator off mickey and it developed a problem and Mickey asked me to send it back and he would get it sorted out ASAP, and as i was not happy Mickey decided to help me out by giving me a very good deal on their latest one to keep me happy. The new generator arrived about 4days after our discussion. I can not say enough about his service and the company. Mickey had bent over backwards to ensure I was looked after and the friendly attitude from mickey was amazing. I would and well recommend Mickey Blu to my friends and to all those who wanting a generator to give Mickey a ring.
