I've purchased many note book computers from Portacom over the years. The notebook computers are setup, prepared and checked as part of the purchase agreement making for a hassel free experience. In addition their after sales service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Bought my new laptop through these guys and due to where I live and work was on a very tight time window to make everything happen and Neil went above and beyond for me and produced nothing but a miracle... couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!!!

My family has been going to Portacom for our computers for years now. The staff are fantastic and know their stuff. They are happy to help you find the right fit for what you need and the can upgrade and service on site.

I would give more than 5 Stars if I could. I had a NAS QNap TS 251+ There's an inherent flaw in this NAS on the mother board so be warned backup your data. This Qnap died with all my data on it. It doesn't matter if you've got a RAID configuration all data will be lost. Andrew, at Portacom, was able to get back all my data, years and years of work, and put it on a new NAS, so I could back it up. What an absolute super star he is, and I have a new NAS. He got the old NAS on Tuesday evening and my new NAS was ready for collection on Friday with all my data. What service!

Recently put my laptop in for repair, the guy I dealt with when dropping it off and picking it up was great. Communication was also good.
Parking out the back makes it easier to access. Service Department is out the back up the driveway, then up a set of stairs. Will definitely come back if I have any other issues with our home computers. Cheers thanks guys!

I have been very pleased with the service and assistance provided by Portacom. I had left the laptops at the repair depot for a considerable amount of time while waiting for updates from the users about the quotes.
During this time, the staff were very patient and helpful while waiting for any kind of update. Once the quotes were decided upon, the repairs were completed very quickly and updates provided.
I am very happy with the service provided.
Would certainly recommend.

Friendly and efficient service.
I dropped my wife's Acer laptop off o the way to work with a power issue. I received a call before lunch to advise issue had been found and sorted. The final price was better than I had budgeted for and they had upgraded the OS to the latest version.
Second time I have had repairs done by Portacom and both were great experiences.

The folks at Portacom were fantastic - quickly provided a quote based on full replacement of the laptop screen, then said they would take a look before confirming the order. They discovered an easier fix and the laptop was returned with a fully working screen the same afternoon. Happy customer !

My hard drive basically blew up. I had a replacement drive installed in a couple of days and for a very fair price. Was pleased with the service and the result. Thanks guys.

Outstanding After sales Excellence and Care experienced from Portacom's Director Neil Hancock after the Lenovo I purchased from Portacom 5 years ago would not load windows. The phone conversation and subsequent in store discussion we had left me feeling very happy in my time of need.
The computer was repaired in good time. I never compromise on quality when it comes to computer needs, that is why I always trust Portacom.

Andrew was very helpful (after hours) in telling me the difference between a static and changing IP address. Thank you so much Andrew! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Just called to see if they fixed All-In-Ones.

Spoke to the chap on the phone for a fair amount of time, for him to tell me that the issue is possibly Windows 10 1809 and NOT the All-In-One. He has given me several options to try.

Fantastic service. I used to deal with Portacom 20+ years ago when I was working for Accounting Practises in West Perth, they were brilliant then. Nice to see nothing has changed. Unfortunately I'm too far from them to deal with them on an ongoing basis now.. But.... Great service today.
