They are quite a cut above other floor standing speaker brands that are in the same 2k-5k price range. Lastly ColdPlay on vinyl never disappoint. Wonderful customer service. Ordered a record cleaning kit but got an email saying they ran out over the holidays, so as a compromise i was given a vinyl cleaning kit with no extra charge. These people care about their customers and their vinyls.

I love this place. Records are fairly priced compared to other places and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. 100% always recommend for vinyls, they also listen to their customers and try and get their requests in stock. :)

Ordered online, they made it to Queensland in perfect condition and very well packed, even had some clear sleeves added in there and a note written on a Bendigo records coaster, will definitely order again. Well done too everyone at Bendigo records.

I normally don't buy vinyls online as they always arrive a little creased, but couldn't be happier with how the vinyl was packaged, arrived in perfect condition. Great communication, speedy delivery, very happy chappy. AND they left a lil note saying I picked a good'un which idk makes me feel like I'm a cool kiddo 😎

Ordered a few records online just two days ago, they were dispatched within an hour of me paying and arrived on my doorstep today, packaged perfectly. I also messaged the store to confirm some details of the records, make sure they had them in stock before I purchased etc. Customer service was great, vinyl was well priced, postage was quick and packaged perfectly. Can't ask for anything more than that! 10/10 will buy again in the future.

I ordered some vinyls from Bendigo Vinyl online and unfortunately the Australia Post carrying them caught on fire. Although this was no fault of Bendigo Vinyl’s they were prompt in trying to source new vinyls for me and sending a replacement vinyl. The new package arrived in great condition and I’m loving my new vinyl.
I highly recommend shopping with Bendigo Vinyl and appreciate their customer service. I will be shopping with them again!

Went in for the first time to collect my Tay Swift Midnights vinyl and first impressions was amazing! Although a little store you can see the variety from first glance. The customer service was amazing, had a nice chat before leaving which made my day. Definitely coming back to build my collection.

I was so excited to see a new record store open up in Bendigo, and even more so to find that it's run by a couple of the most chill and friendly folks you will meet. Super knowledgeable and helpful, with a great selection of vinyl across multiple genres of music AND a range of hi-fi and recording equipment to suit budget and need.

Incredible service. Paul was so knowledgable about the systems that Bendigo Vinyl sell. I was in there for about an hour listening to different combinations while he patiently explained everything. It never felt that it was about the sale, but just what was best for us! (Paul, if you read this, the Edifiers were amazing in a smaller, carpeted room, and we are extremely happy with the system!)

Sam, the owner, came in with his child while we were there with our baby, and even offered us tips on the next stages of our baby's growth! Feels like a warm, friendly store, that we will be re-visiting again and again.

What a bunch of ledgehammers! I bought one of the turntable packs as I was getting into vinyl and wanted to support a small business, they did not disappoint! I had an issue with setting up the turntable straight outta the box. Like I’d projected a bat signal in the sky, these guys came to the rescue and FaceTimed me and sorted it all out. I cannot recommend these dudes enough. They deliver in spades
