I ordered from Party Bestbuy last month. I was initially a little worried about placing an order from a store I wasn't familiar with, but was pleasantly surprised. The package shipped <12hrs after I ordered and they were prompt in their email/text communication. I would recommend paying through PayPal though - despite being told a refund had been transferred, this didn't reflect in my account. I eventually had to launch a dispute through PayPal to retrieve my refund.

Have tried contacting through the online form, the mobile number provided and the messenger chat to no avail. Can I please have an update on the order I placed last week? I read in a previous review that you will notify the customer within one day if the item is unable to be shipped. I have had 0 communication and am happy to be refunded at this stage.

Dissappointing. Stock is cheap quality. When I got home and unpacked stock, one item had blue ink stains (item is white), the other item purchased had a hole in it, another did not fit together properly.
I have since spent time and money to fix what I could but still does not look brand new.
For the quality, the prices are high and the staff member would only offer a small reduction in price. Discovered that there was an addition fee per box bought - so you pay for stock and an extra fee for the box.
Left there feeling that the staff don't value the customers.
