Discount Drug Stores - Croydon Park

Came to the pharmacy spontaneously while attending to errands in the area. Had remarkably informative and pleasant exchanges with the two staff members present - I didn’t get their names but they looked Arab. The girl at the register was friendly and quick and the pharmacist was so patient, addressed all my inquiries and surpassed expectations to provide me with knowledge for informed decision-making around my health and medications. I’ll definitely return based on their commitment to service.

I came in today to restock a first aid kit. Because I was buying so much stuff I cleaned them out. The pharmacist came out to help me choose what I needed and even sourced some stuff from another store for me when they ran out. I then left without getting my receipt, which I needed as it was a work expense. I called them and they took my email, found the invoice and sent the invoice to email.
So helpful, easy to deal with etc

Had to use them to get script filled. Spoke to them on the phone twice today. They were very patient as they answered all my questions regarding my E-script. Excellent service today.

They’re nice in there BUT, I keep my scripts with them and they lost it. On my pill box I had 5 repeats left from my specialist which was the only evidence I had, but on their system they couldn’t see there were repeats. They asked if I had the script but I told them that they had kept it. This was also a specialist script and I wasn’t seeing him for another month. They gave me another prescription but told me to go to my GP to get it filled.
