Kmart Kardinya

It was a shame that I did not check their stock of kids umbrella on Kmart website before driving to this store but it was lucky to find some good quality kids shoes were on clearance.

And the shop staff working in kids cloth department was very kind and polite when she let me know that there was no stock at the point of my visit.

Will come back for another good finds.

Asked for help from a lad, Izz. Immensely helpful! Went out of his way to search for an item for me. When it wasn’t in stock he did a search of other stores for me to assist me. So pleasant to deal with!

Great place for cheap stuffs. Situated next to coles. Kmart and coles belong to the same company.

The kids had a ball at this place. There are so many animals to cuddle. It's great for parties.

There was a guy at the service desk today that served me. He was so polite and helpful. I wish more people had this kind of customer service! 5 stars to him!

Very good department store for toys, home appliances, bedding, travelling accessories etc.

Riley and Ilke are wonderful people and I’m glad to know people like that exist!

I’ll keep it short. I was having some car trouble and went to Kmart hoping someone would have some jumper cables.
Riley, passed the message through his earpiece when someone got back saying Kmart sells them. Riley kindly said that if I can wait for him to finish his shift, he’ll come over with his car. After a few unsuccessful attempts at locating the cables I started to head out of the store.

That’s when Ilke, who overhead my conversation with Riley, approached me and offered to help look for them. So she kindly led the way and managed to find the last one, tucked away in a bottom shelf.

Once he finished his shift, Riley came in his car to help out!

I’m grateful to both Riley and Ilke for being empathetic, helpful and genuine!

This is the place near to where I am staying at the moment to buy some of the things that I need.

Staff member Adrian was extremely helpful when I went to buy a bike and accessories. I asked a few questions and he was a great help, usually you get 'sorry I don't know I don't work in this dept' but he took the boxed bike to check out (I didn't have to wait at all) then organized me to pick up boxes bike at back door (again no waiting) and a staff member put it in my vehicle for me. Great Service!

I had a lovely experience at the checkout with a young lady named Bailey :) she was so polite and friendly, especially considering it’s Christmas Eve!

Located at the rear of the smaller Kardinya Park shopping centre, Kmart is accessible from all entrances, and relatively close to all carparks. Neat and tidy inside, well stocked, and all round great experience. Friendly and available staff, clean store, busy but not crowded, and plenty of checkouts.

Love the staff who serve at the back in the layby/ customer service section. I always choose this store to do a click and collect as every team member has always been friendly and efficient at their job when serving me. The staff have definitely been well trained and educated about diversity and equality, when it comes to serving customers of all different races and religions.

I love this kmart . I went into day the guy welcoming us was so helpful and a pleasure, the guy who does click and collect at the photo department never stops working hard and with a smile on his face :)

I always enjoy going to Kmart lots various things to look at you never walk away empty handed. prices are good there is shopping for everyone. return policy good there are no problems. I find shop clean staff helpful easily recommend a shopping outing there

To whom to may concern,

My name in Kim Va Kemp. I am just folowing up a previous email.about Raine Williams regarding the outstandiing bill of $2450. This bill has been outstandng since 28th of August 2021. I have tried to contact Raine to retrieve the money owing to me with no success whatsoever.

I believe Ms Williams is an employee with Kmart. Being a small businessowner, you can understandthat it is imperative that all bills are paid in order to cover the overheads and costs. If at all possible can the appropriate manager tell Ms Williams that this bill of $2450 must be paid immediately.

I prefer this Kmart to Garden city one. Shame the garden annex got taken out that corner is quiet dull now. The new homewares section is brilliant.

The selection of men's clothes is so rubbish and a real let down whoever is buying these clothes has now men's fashion sense whatsoever ever. With all the students and ethnics in the area so cheap trendy modern clothes with improve sales in that department.
